Гостиница мне понравилась. Максимально клиентоориентированный персонал на рецепшн.
Гостиница находится на 2м этаже торгового центра на ул.Навагинской, по которой приятно гулять в любое время, она пешеходная и активная: пальмы, клумбы, уличные музыканты, красивые собачки с хозяйками.
Я останавливалась в улучшенном номере, чтобы был минимальный шанс получить окна в галерею, а не на улицу. В номере приятно, есть чайник, чаи, сахар, кофе нет. В коридоре есть автомат с кофе, гладильная доска и утюг, микроволновка.
Кровать мягкая, постельное белье идеально белое, подушки жёсткие.
В ванной есть минимальный набор средств: шампунь, гель, кондиционер.
Можно что-то попросить бесплатно, например, шапочку для душа, что-то платно, например, тапочки, халат, полотенце для пляжа.
Уборка ежедневная.
Самый хороший пляж Ривьера минут 10 ходьбы.
Морпорт и набережная также.
Ж/д вокзал минут 7.
Супермаркеты тоже рядом, только Перекресток далековато. Алкотека недалеко.
Завтракала только в кофейнях или в номере своими продуктами.
Ставлю 4,5, потому что это 3 звезды с хорошим качеством в отличном месте.
Пол звезды убираю за платные тапочки.

we paid approximately 20EUR for one night in this hotel. It's nicely located in the city center at 15min walk from the sea and train station. Nice rooms, shower didn't work 100% but for the price, who cares...

Были с супругом в начале марта 25г. Отель великолепный. Центр Навагинской. Брали стандарт. В отеле возле ресепшн кофе машина, куллер. Есть услуги стирки вещей. Постель удобная, Подушки не просто ВАУ, мягкие, удобные, их еще и по нашей просьбе дали по две дополнительно! Огромное мерси! Выспались :) белье меняют каждые три дня. В номере чисто. Благодарим❤️ и рекомендуем!

Неплохой отель, расположение отличное, в номерах есть кухонный уголок, что облегчает пребывание в г Сочи. Уборка ежедневная, все чисто и аккуратно. На рецепшене сотрудники всегда готовы помочь, подсказать. Есть лифт, но надо знать как к нему пройти. Мы останавливались в этом отеле два раза - сентябрь и октябрь 2023 года. Спасибо сотрудникам отеля и на рецепшене Насте! Ещё два раза останавливались в 24 году - все замечательно.

Останавливаемся семьей в отели уже не первый раз. Выбираем номер с кухней, что очень удобно. В номере чисто, уборка ежедневная, горничные большие молодцы! Девушки администраторы приветливые и доброжелательные! Учли все пожелания и это очень радует. В день рождения сделали приятную скидку и комплект в виде шоколада и открытки! Большой спасибо, очень приятно! Отличное местоположение, прекрасная улица Навагинская! Рядом морской порт, много достойных кафе и ресторанов рядом. Отель рекомендую!

Шикарный отель в центре города по умеренным ценам. Очень понравилось в нём отдыхать. Уборка каждый день в номере, есть вай-фай, ловит хорошо. Кондиционер, телевизор, чайник, предоставляют мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, полотенца. Хорошее освещение.

Честно признаюсь: ожидания мои были, мягко говоря, "не ах". Был по работе в Адлере, решил остаться в Сочи "на 3 дня и 3 ночи", как поётся в песне. Отельчик выбирал исходя из геолокации и цены, с настроем "какая разница, лишь бы, помыться да переночевать". Это про ожидания. По факту: просто замечательное месторасположение, т.н. "сочинский Арбат". В отеле очень вежливый и приятный персонал, девушки на ресепшне всегда подскажут и помогут. В номере всё чистенько, кондиционер, телевизор, мини-бар, полотенца, принадлежности – всё как надо. Нареканий ноль, цена отличная. Временами действительно ночью была слышна музыка из заведения снизу, но не критично (проживал в номере 11). Между номерами слышимости не заметил. Есть завтрак, но, честно скажу, не пробовал, ибо мест вокруг огромное кол-во на любой вкус и кошелёк. В пешей доступности также два пляжа, несчётное кол-во заведений, авто/жд/ вокзалы. Спасибо персоналу, всё было просто отлично, обязательно вернусь.
