Я выбрала и оплатила номер «Prestige с видом на море». Перед заселением я решила еще раз проверить видовые характеристики, мне ответили так: «должны вас предупредить, что вид на море частичный». До оплаты меня об этом не предупреждали. В реальности номер оказался с видом в сторону моря и с видом в стену 50/50. Я попросила объяснить почему вид не соответствует заявленным характеристикам и поменять номер на оплаченный с «честным» видом на море. Мне отказали и предложили съехать из отеля если меня не устраивает вид после первых суток. Про 50% вида в стену в бронировании не было заявлено. Отдых был испорчен, впечатление об отеле также. Не извинений, ни компенсации, ни проявления элементарной эмпатии от лица отеля я не получила. К качеству номера претензий нет. Но управление и общение с клиентами, а главное - порядочность не соответствует заявленным четыре и звездам. Фото вида на моря прилагаю.

Плюсы: местоположение-прямо у пляжа, новый ремонт, достатоно чисто, выдают полотенца, на кухне есть все необходимое, чай и даже кофе из кофемашины в свободном доступе. Терасса с видом на море - где можно позавтракать. Наверное одно из лучших мес в этом районе по соотношению-цена качества. Мы брали номер на двоих (он очень тесный - весь номер занимает кровать) и совсем не хватало какой нибудь полочки для мелочей, куда можно было бы косметичку положить, телефон и тп. и крючков для одежды. Но в принципе на одну ночь вполне сойдет. Минусы: 1. Звукоизоляция не очень, вид из окна на дорогу - если окно открыто , то шум машин. 2. В душевых не крепления для лейки душа. То есть если хочешь помыться - то делать это надо одной рукой, а другой - держишь лейку. 3. Заселение проходило достаточно долго - прямо перед нами заезжали ребята в апарты, их долго оформляли, брали залог, затем пошли провожать в их апарты. Когда ты уставший с дороги, это прям очень напрягло. 4. Выселение еще веселее - я отдаю ключи и хочу перед дорогой взять кофе (то самый , что комплиментарно предоставлялся на кухне) - на что администратор с возмущением сказала : Вы же уже выселились (секунду назад)! Нельзя брать кофе, и не дай бог пользоваться туалетом! Формально может она и права, а вот впечатление полностью испорилось) Такого я ни в одном отеле/хостеле не видела)
