My check-in was denied by hotel. I had to book another hotel at last minute. I called customer care multiple times and my issue hasn't resolved yet. Please refund my amount.

Hotel rooms are very dirty, toilet is very dirty, badsheet is not washed. Ac is not working properly. Food is not good even towels are not washed. I m going to check out from this hotel. Because i pay more then 8000 per night and if i m getting this kind of hotel i will never book any hotel with mmt

The hotel offers a grand view directly in front of your room. It’s peaceful and quite, situated at the end of mandu town. Opposite the hotel you’ve already the chance to visit a monument. The staff is very kind and attentive but mostly hindi speaking. All wishes and arrangements like getting a guide or a car or anything else will and can be arrange by the staff. The rooms are clean and spacious, you can take your meal in the restaurant, outside or in your room the kitchen offers a great variety of different meals, i suggest especially “aloo dum “, which was the best i ever ate. There’s a spacious parking area and even a large and clean swimming pool for adults as well as for children. The environment is spacious and green too.

Dirty Linen, damage lights in room, TV not in working condition, dirty water in bathrooms, and no supply of warm water in bathrooms. Poor room service. so many issues with property
