Очень удивил отель своей чистой! Уютный и чистый номер, обалденный завтрак, все что хочешь. Хочу отметить про персонал, очень отзывчивый. В этом отеле приятно находится. Есть подогреваемый бассейн что редко встретишь в Абхазии. Обязательно вернемся.

1. При выезде в 12:00 нам не разрешили оставить полотенца на 2 часа, до 14:00, а отъезд из отеля в 15:00 (машина). Вопрос - и что нам делать? Мы хотели скоротать время у бассейна. В итоге, после того, как пошли к бассейну, нам администратор принесла полотенца. Сжалилась - неприятно, пожалели 2 тряпки изначально на 2 часа … :( 2. На баре у бассейна правила не прописаны!!! От слова совсем. Мы принесли две бутылки пива - в итоге, о пробковом сборе предупредили по факту. Видимо, правила для сотрудников, но не для гостей, т.к сотрудник отеля у бара открыл нам бутылки и ничего не сообщил. 3. Периодически делают замечание, что в купальных принадлежностях проходить через ресепшен нельзя- нужно быть одетыми, хотя табличка указывает, что нельзя посещать КУХНЮ в ХАЛАТАХ. Вопрос - как из бассейна пройти в уборную зону? Неужели бежать в номер? Ну тогда откройте отдельный вход из бассейна в отель.

Жили в номере стандарт улучшенный с балконом и с видом на море. Шум от машин с Абжуйского шоссе и пение петухов с частного сектора ранним утром перестали слышать на второй день пребывания.Персонал очень вежливый, ежедневно выполнялась уборка, по графику меняли постельное бельё и полотенца.Завтраки шведский стол, очень вкусные.Интернет в номере, без проблем.Не было перебоев с водой и со светом.В номере есть чайник ,не забудьте привезти с собой чашки.Есть желание вернуться в отель в будущем

Очень отличный Отель, рекомендую для отдыха как всей семьёй так и в одиночку. Очень отзывчивый персонал, особенно хочу выделить бармена-официанта Елизавета. Отличная атмосфера, бассейн очень тёплый, чистый, ночью горит подсветка, отдельно выдают полотенце для бассейна, так же можно приобрести халат на всё дни пребывания(всего за 550₽) меняется хоть каждый день. Обязательно вернусь сюда.
