Les chambres sont propres, les chambres sont propres et le garçon de service est trop bon personnel sont bonnes mais la nourriture est surestimée, les jours qui veulent des plats normaux, comme des recettes simples, mais l'hôtel utilise trop de massala dans la nourriture. Ce qui rend le problème gastrique et digestif.

I booked this hotel through Agoda and was on my way to Tezpur. Thank GOD for no specific reason i just called up the hotel to confirm.my reservation however to my utter shock and horror i was told that the hotel has been sold out. I couldn't believe as to how casually the guy with the least customer handling skills says that they have been sold out since last 2 days. I told him repeatedly that the room was displayed available in Agoda and my booking has been confirmed and payment deducted from my account, but alas he seemed to care less and almost was in a hurry to hung up the call. Not even once did he apologize and instead asked.me how can I say that they have a room. I reminded him that they haven't closed the booking in Agoda and hence it was shown available and booking confirmed. I urge the owners to replace that executive with someone who has the basic manners to speak to hotel guest. I had to call up Agoda and they confirmed that the hotel didn't close the reservation and that is why the the room was shown available and booking confirmed after payment. Infact the pathetic guy was trying to blame Agoda as to how they can give booking. He perhaps is ignorant and dumb to understand that any 3rd party agency will display rooms available till they close the booking when it's full This is one my worst experience and i urge everyone to confirm with this hotel after making a reservation. If I wouldn't have called i would have been left high and dry in the streets of tezpur without a room to stay.

Expérience très mauvaise ... très vieux équipements installés non mis à jour leur n' est pas l' intérieur des installations de levage est très pathetique. Pas un séjour confortable , gaspillage d' argent . Les lumières ne sont pas appropriées. Bakws . Quand j' est arrivé à l' heure de la propriété , il était à environ 1 h et la salle de temps n' était pas prête , j' ai besoin d' environ 30 minutes pour la chambre . La télé de nuit n'était pas en service, je vous ai demandé à la réception d'envoyer quelqu'un pour régler ça, mais vous ne pouvez pas croire qu'ils auront plus d'une heure pour arriver à ma chambre au 1er étage. Après une heure, un gars est venu réparer le problème. Ils ont pris plus d'une heure de la réception à la 1ère chambre. Les gars plz ne vont pas à la pleine perte d'argent.

The room cleanliness is just ok, there is tremendous scope for improvement the attached bathroom is clean but smells very bad, it has major problems in the exhaust/vent system in fact the entrance stairs smell bad due to the main exhaust ventilators placed over there. that’s surely a wrong design. the complimentary breakfast was good, simple Roti-Sabji with Omelette and hot tea were served. overall, it’s an average rated hotel.

Nestled amid-st lush greenery summit kaziranga is an excellent property for all kinds of travellers. Staying in summit property is always a great option, i never get disappointed in any property i visit. My stay surpassed all expectations. Really enjoyed the beautiful landscape, needs to make slight improvements in staff strength, can’t wait to return
