We stayed in this hotel during the pandemic, then we were satisfied with the stay and service, that's why we came back here for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately it was a mistake. No interest from the staff, we waited in the lobby bar for a long time before the bartender offered us a menu. To clean the room we had to call the reception. Before arrival, there was no information that the hotel was undergoing renovation - it really made it difficult to relax. the hotel advertised a Valentine's Day offer, but the lack of commitment of the staff made us fall out of love with this hotel.

- ongoing party with loud music and shouting people at hotel, finished at 1.00 am !! - broken heater in bathroom, start work after 2 days - loud ,drunk neighbors who drink and sing after midnight. No able to rest and sleep normal!! At they call it “premium room” !! - no reaction neither staff or manager, staff don’t pickup the phone when trying to complain. - stinks something like old cucumber in room entire time. From my perspective prices are like 5 star, quality of service is something between 3-4 star. Breakfast normal as every hotel, nothing special, nothing fancy, cold scrambled eggs ! SPA is bad organized, nobody even respect sauna rules, no cups for water in Sauna, no dedicated small / medium towels for Sauna area. Any SPA massage 10 x more expensive than average price. I understand 3-5 x more expensive for 1000 PLN for a h massage ? I’m very happy to leave this hotel tomorrow, never again and I promise myself I I’ll review this visit everywhere I can including my workplace .Never seen such poor quality even 3 star hotels are better than we experienced in Haffner Hotel

Hotel was really great! Definitely worth visiting! Food was great and service also. The hotel was very kind to arrange transport from/to airport. We also got breakfest to go with short notice. Special thanks to Ernest! Keep up with the excellent work!

This really is a very good hotel. It might like to think it’s five stars but certainly is not. However the staff are some of the best I’ve seen - friendly but very professional - from the receptionists through to the restaurant and bar staff. My only criticism would be the coffee at breakfast which is a commercial machine both tasteless and cold. Any self respecting five star hotel (it’s not!!!) would serve fresh ground coffee in individual cafetières at the very least. I would be happy to stay here again but bring my own coffee!!

The location is really fantastic: You walk 5min. to the beach and 10min. to the city centre. The breakfast is truly yummy, there's nothing they don't serve. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Why I won't visit again: Old fashioned bathroom with blocked drain, very slippery bath tub and faucet with separate warm and cold water installation. Thin walls: When other guests walk past your room it feels like they're actually in the room. The lobby music plays 24/7 with a speaker in the back yard where our room was facing. We had to sleep with window closed and aircon on and I had the worst sleep ever. The receptionist told us there's nothing they can do, it's just how the music system works. This is, sorry to say, stupid. You need to let your guests sleep and I can't imagine we were the first ones complaining. And, one minor remark, this is the first hotel that offers coffee in the room but no milk.

Hotel Haffner was a great hotel! Hotel and rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Staff was very professional and helpfull! They arranged transport between hotel and airport when we arrived and left. We also got breakfast to go even in short notice. We definitely have to come back as soon as possible! Special thanks to Ernest! He gave such a good service! Keep up with the good work!

Don't be fooled that it says 5 star hotel. it is the worst experience we have been through. The receptionist is so rude. the rooms are so disgusting and stink and they refuse to change rooms and let us sleep with the dirt. the breakfast is not good at all!! I will never set my foot here again!

The hotel itself is well located - near to the beautiful beach, the pier, the lighthouse and to various bars, restaurants and shops - plus only 15 minutes walk to the train station (from here you can get to Gdansk, Oliwa, Malbork etc). All the staff were very polite and helpful (I also managed to get an early check-in and a late check-out at no charge). Lobby area relaxing and pleasant, bar service was good, spa area decent (large pool - little cold for me, warm spa bath and decent sauna) and whole hotel was clean and smelt lovely. I had a twin room (sharing with one of my sons) and found it to be well appointed, clean, plenty of storage, decent quality toiletries, and comfortable beds (only minus was no English channels on TV at all apart from one news channel and no milk to go with the tea or coffee). Overall I had a really enjoyable stay here.

Wielki PLUS dla wyjątkowej obsługi tworzącej świetną atmosferę w hotelu, fajny basen i znakomite śniadania. Niestety były i MINUSY: piętro na którym mieliśmy pokój było w trakcie remontu więc widok folii odgradzającej przestrzeń przy windzie i zapach farby w drodze do pokoju to rozczarowanie. Nie rozumiem, jak w 5* hotelu można tak ulokować gości! Ręczniki w pokoju białe i pachnące ale jak się nimi wycierasz to pozostawiają białe drobiny na ciele. Regulator klimatyzacji w postaci podświetlanego ekranu oświetla pokój. Kolejny PLUS za bardzo wygodne łóżka.
