"Good location about ten minutes walk from the train station and just across the street from the historic area. Shops and restaurants all nearby. More like a three star than a four star hotel really. No kettle or fridge, only soap in the bathroom, the worst pillows I’ve ever seen (had to fold up clothes to use), no English language tv stations available. The room and hotel were clean but it has a rundown feel. Unfortunately there are not many hotel options in this small town."

"It was a very small and cramped room. Much worse than I expected; other hotels in similarly priced cities and towns in Hungary were significantly better. Check-in was self-service, with absolutely no customer service. Online inquiries went unanswered for a long time. In short, the experience was really bad, especially when you're in a rush. Ctrip's online customer service is much more reliable. The only bright spot was opening the window in the morning; the sunlight filtering through the morning mist created a very soothing, mountain-like atmosphere."

"We spent 3 nights with my Family there. The Hotel is very retro style but the room were renovated. Room size is normal, but a bit inconvenient for 4 people. (2 adults and 2 small children). That's why the standard room was crowded with the extra bed plus the baby bed. Receptionists and the other staff were kind and polite. The food was quite simlpe. The restaurant was always full with people. We had to wait for free seats and table for a long minutes and stand in line for food also for a long minutes. The choice was a bit poor, so the last evening rather we went out to dinner to a restaurant. We did not tried just only saw the welness, but is seemed to be a bit small one."

"We are returning guests. Our children are adults, but they still enjoy the hotel's services with us. The area is full of activities, and the hotel also has many optional programs. The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. The food is unique and authentic, as well as delicious. The price-performance ratio is particularly favorable. The garden is beautiful. It is next to the forest, so it is perfect for forest bathing."

"Je suis une cliente de la WABI Beauty Center depuis environ 15 ans et je me donne régulièrement, environ une fois par mois, un jour de beauté. Les traitements que je reçois sont de très bonne qualité - mais je les réserve uniquement auprès de "m'" gardiennes que je connais depuis des années et que je connais très bien. Il est bon de mentionner le nom quand on était satisfait de quelqu'un. Je suis particulièrement ravi de passer pour le massage avec Adam - les meilleurs massages de ma vie. La maison est un peu plus vieille, elle est toujours quelque peu modernisée. Je ne connais pas l'hôtel. Le personnel est principalement très aimable et utile (parfois avec des exceptions). Mes dates fonctionnent toujours très bien (parfois je dois attendre un peu, mais ce n'est pas un problème pour moi) - mais je vois que certains améliorent l'organisation. Ce qui me surprend: deux augmentations de prix normales dans un an. L'année dernière 10% et maintenant (novembre 2023) 20-30%. Ainsi, le WABI est au moins aussi cher que des centres similaires en Autriche. Pour 1-2 Treatments, il n'est plus payant de conduire. (de l'Autriche) En période de crise économique, on se demandera 3 fois si on acceptera ou non cette augmentation de prix en tant que client. Il est très dommage pour les employés qui travaillent de bonne qualité."
