Villa sits on 1.5 acres that is great for privacy and retreating in nature. Large open floor plan, 75" TV, wifi, terrace furniture and grand sliding doors offer indoor/outdoor living. Poolside loungechairs and umbrellas provide a resort experience, while sunsets from the terrace and pool will leave you breathless!About pets:Pets allowed: less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:1. Small gatherings are welcomed but Parties or events are strictly prohibited.

On Top of the World
Loved our stay overlooking the town and ocean. Close enough to Sosua and Puerta Plata to enjoy 27 Waterfalls, rum and chocolate tastings, dinner at La Catalina. Road up was difficult with the recent flooding but not in their control. Highly recommend having Wanda cook a traditional meal or two - it won’t disappoint. Pool was not heated that we could tell. Enjoyed watching the parrots and other birds.

Mabelle and Andy are awesome
I loved the host! She was so nice and attentive! Highly recommend. My family and I loved the villa, the pool, and the area. Mabelle and Andy are great owner/host. Treated me like family.
