It was really great stay. The room is also comfortable and well maintained. Each and every staff of the hotel are nice. Sushil the bar manager, Nisha the receptionist, Abhijeet in restaurant service, Sanjit the houskeeping boy and there one more girl named Durga who is belongbto cleaning staff. All the people are so friendly and helping you in any way. So, if any is going to andaman nicobarb island then it is my recommended to stay in DriftWood and asked for these people. They are really nice and helping people.

The stay was extremely comfortable. The rooms were clean and the service provided by the staff was top notch. It was my friend's birthday and i had requested them for a surprise decoration which they agreed to and also did a superb job. The hotel is two minutes away from the airport and was very convenient since we had our return flight early in the morning.

The only good thing about the property is that it is near to the airport....around 3-4 Km. The property seems to be run like a family owned business. The same person handles bookings, reception, restaurant and other services....Mr Nitin. While making room booking online, the room details mentioned was an extra-large double bed (181-210 cm wide). However none of the rooms had even a King size bed (only queen sized beds were available). To top it all, the manager tried to brush it off as to why we are concerned about the size of bed and that ”bed size is not such a big deal”! There were cockroaches in the rooms. Noise was a constant issue; in fact my child got scared with the sudden whirring of the water motor running at around 11pm in the night. The saddest part is that a lot of things mentioned online like sound-proofing, king size/extra large beds are not actually true; customers depend on the details mentioned online for true services onsite. Housekeeping was not up to the mark. The less said about the breakfast the better. On one day, there was just cold noodles and tea for breakfast; the other day I did not bother to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We could hear disgruntled voices of other guests as well. The smooth talking from the manager did not help as no ground efforts to improve any services was made. In fact Mr Nitin offered to reduce the charges if we cancelled our online booking made through *********** which I flatly refused. After that he was really rude with us. For the first time we felt let down on a stay booking made online.

Food quality is very good and the best in hygiene. The most beautiful and the value of this hotel is its infinity pool. Superb the last and the least thing is the courtesy of hotel owner mr. Wasim. Awesome!
