My friend and I were hiking the Bruce Trail from Wiarton to Lion’s Head and renting along the way. When we got to Hope Bay we were exhausted and fairly dirty and decided to see if we could camp at Hope Bay Campsite. Even though they weren’t fully opened for the season yet, Ed welcomed us and directed us to a lovely campsite. We met his partner Julie a few hours later and I can’t say enough good things about both of them. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! Washrooms/ Showers were spacious and clean and much appreciated after walking all day! Our site for our tent was spacious and very nicely treed. The who campground was one of the nicest I’ve seen and it is very well cared for! Thank you Julie and Ed for making us feel very welcomed! Darlene and Mary
