NNoreenAMThe hotel is very pleasant, I felt like I went to IKEA showroom. The staffs were so friendly especially to the team staff assigned at The Kitchen Table. Super accommodating and approachable and the food is tasty. The room is clean and secured and very sustainable in reducing plastic waste (water dispenser were provided outside the room and you got pitcher to fill-in; no tissues but got towels). The hotel is also convenient as it is near to SM & KCC malls. The hotel is totally modern and aesthetic.

IInvitéReally good service. Really good location. Just a great hotel in Gensan, at just the right price. Check in was a breeze. And the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was good too! They change up the menu a little each day so it doesn’t get boring if you’re staying there days on end and like your breakfast. It’s a good mix of Filipino food, and generic breakfast food like breads and eggs how you like it. Pretty decent salad bar too. If you like a little ambience with your stay, and don’t mind a little city noise at night, then it’s perfect. 5 stars from me all around. Definitely gonna stay here again.

OOcasionesLe personnel a fourni les instructions appropriées pour le wifi et le petit déjeuner. L'emplacement est dans une zone tranquille et est très proche du parc et d'autres établissements qui sont à pied. Nous avons eu un séjour confortable. Il y a un ascenseur. L'aircon et la télévision par câble ont bien fonctionné. Le lit est confortable mais il aurait été mieux d'avoir 2 pillows. Le savon et le shampooing sont fournis mais pas de tissu. L'eau potable est également disponible gratuitement. Le petit déjeuner est de base. Le parking est également disponible à l'avant.

La raison est qu'il est facile de se rapprocher de la joie, proche du parc public/terminal de bus/ 7-11/Mit. Supermarché/ Jollibee Rapide Food/ hôpital privé/ Hall gouvernemental ......
Et à un prix plus cher, vous pouvez vous permettre 24h/ 700php

I stayed at Casa Rafael Inn for a short trip, and while it has its comforts, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The accommodations are decent if you're only staying for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.
One major issue was the air conditioning – it simply wasn't cold enough, which was especially uncomfortable during the summer heat. If you plan to visit during warmer months, I suggest looking at other options or ensuring you have a room with better cooling.
Overall, the inn has a cozy vibe, but the lack of sufficient cooling and some other minor inconveniences make it hard to give a higher rating. Consider your needs carefully before booking.

1. Pillows were very comfortable. Not too soft and not too bulky. I was able to sleep well because of the pillows.
2. The place was not noisy so it was very peaceful for me.
3. The staffs were actually accommodating and welcoming. They immediately attend to our needs.
4. The room was very spacious for 4 people.
Points for improvement:
1. Bathroom door was broken - this was reported to their front desk and they immediately went up to the room to check (which is a thumbs up for the service part). I suggest, they should thoroughly check first the rooms before accommodating guests.
2. They should have a landline per room to be able to contact the front desk for any needs. They should also inform the guests upon check-im how to contact the front desk.
3. Restaurant food is a little pricey.
4. Airconditiong was not cool enough for some of us.
