Booked this hotel for my business trip. Hotel is a bit run down, I would rate it 3 stars

Checked in first night 7March - kettle not working (called 4x), none came. middle of the night saw baby cockcroaches running amok - managed to put out 3. Next morning, complained to the personnel at the reception - and, he offered to change the room for the night. second night in a supposedly cleaned room free of roaches. Saw a few running anout the next morning.... My advice - don't stay here.

Pretty decent for business travel, very helpful staff. The restaurant food could be better. Would suggest downloading GRAB

Hotel located near south jakarta, far from central. Less traffic jam with fast access to toll road. Hotel room is clean and spacious. Breakfast has not much choice. Variety and quality of food needs to be improved. Lot of fruit flies near fruit bar during breakfast. Also lot of Mosquitoes in dining halls at ground floor and rooftop restaurant during night time. Ordered medium rare steak but kitchen redo twice still over cooked.

Nice business trip stay

Very clean environment, quick response in the check in process. But, house keeper open my room with their access card while i was still in the room. I didn’t make a call for them, they came just asking about towels. Please, you can just call, no need to open my room while I’m still in the room

Toilet nya kotor dan kamar sempit serta bau dan staf nya ngga ramah pesan makanan lamaaaaa ngga di input complimentry nya buah yang uda mau busuk.. bad hotel

美居酒店近年來質量越來越下滑了，酒店房間衞生一般，早餐幾乎沒什麼可以吃的，盤子都沒洗乾淨，唯一可取的應該是地理位置比較方便。
