This BRAND NEW apartment is for those who want city access without all the noise. Directly opposite a tram and a bus stop. If you love parks or enjoy your coffee walks, you've come to the right place. A 10-hectare park goes all the way to Port Melbourne Beach (25-min walk) ---------- The Apartment itself: Separate bedroom with queen-size bed. A cozy balcony & living room with 2-seater double sofa-bed. The sofa bed is brand new and boasts a firm comfortable mattress that was installed in June 2023. Access to the bathroom from the bedroom is across the living room which may make the sofa bed unsuitable for some guests. Flat-screen TV with Chromecast Bed linens and towels Free access to wireless network Dining setting for 4 Fully equipped kitchen with full-sized stainless steel oven, cooktop, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Modern bathroom Tea and Coffee are both complimentary Complimentary shampoo and soap ---------- Servicing: The apartment is serviced weekly, including a full linen change. Parking: Metered parking is available on the street during business hours. I only stayed one of 8 nights that I paid for because the place was uncomfortable (bed and matress) and I think the mattress was being used by someone else when not rented out as the top sheet was overtop another used sheet. Another two layers of puffy filling underneath the two bottom sheets. The mattress caved in at the side. There were used thongs available on the patio! Open food packets like chips and deydrated milk and protein powder in the pantry. The fridge was unclean. I asked for a refund. Not given. I took a video of the bed layers and the caved in bed.no lock box for collection of keys made accessing the property very complicated. As my flight arrived after 5pm, I was asked to go the Melbourne recital centre to collect my keys! An entirely unreasonable request. Then the owner had to show me through everything in the apartment at 9pm at night after his concert was finished. I will not used Stayz ever again.

Great apartment What a great apartment. Yousef is doing a great job with this apartment. Every single time you enter the apartment it feels like coming home. If you have a problem or a question you can always call Yousef!!

Ideal stay for a work-related trip The apartment is spacious, clean and filled with light. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. I had a problem with the Internet when I arrived and it was fixed by the next morning. The building's gym and rooftop terrace have incredible views, there is a highly convenient supermarket downstairs and a bus stop opposite the building. I missed having an operative washing machine, otherwise, it is the perfect place to stay for a work-related trip.

Superb location Amazing location with everything close by. Shops, cafes and restaurants all within 10 minutes walk or on the ground floor. Unit had a comfortable bed and all new kitchen appliances with required utensils. Yousef was extremely accomadating with check-in, even meeting me at my workplace as I had flown in the day previous from interstate to start a new job. Highly recommend

Little getaway Me and my partner absolutely love the apartment its fantastic very clean and very nice with great location. Has a coles underneath the building which is very convenient and overall definitely great place to stay.

Perfect stay in Melbourne We really enjoyed the time in this holiday apartment. It was just fantastic. Great location and one is offered a lot. We felt totally comfortable and would come back again and again. Hosts totally friendly. Only to recommend

Quite & convenient location Me & my partner were after a quite getaway & it was exactly that. Nice & clean apartment, Coles supermarket in the same building and a nice park just in front. The buildings gym, and pool were great additions. Host was very accommodating to our requests. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice modern apartment Clean and new apartment. Owner was very accommodating in meeting us to check in as our flight was delayed twice! Bonus was a Cole’s supermarket below the apartment and a 3 minute walk to South wharf DFO.

New, Convenient and Peaceful This new one-bedroom apartment in South Melbourne is the perfect place for my wife and me to be in the city while not being in city. It is just a short walk to the tram stop, which will take you into the city centre in minutes, or you can simply stroll into the city The location is in a quiet area so very peaceful at night. The flat is new and well-appointed and I found it suitable for my short stay. Overall, this is a fantastic flat in a great location. It is perfect for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in South Melbourne
