Probably the best $77 hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, everything functioned as it was intended and breakfast was good and friendly staff. The entire place appeared to have been recently renovated with modern furnishings. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

It was ok. Room was clean except for the fridge which was dusty amd not cleaned from the backside. Staff there were unable and combatitive about me blowing a fuse. The front desk guy said he doesnt know how to reset my room's electric and that even BW doesnt manage the electric. Ohhh vey, this is the first time anyone has blown a fuse. Anyways i got a new room. This is where i think they actively were draining oxygen from my room into the pipes. How do i know..i did a smoke test and the smoke test went zooming into one central place....the bathroom sink. On my way out i was greated by the whole staff. Anyways if you are lucky yoi will be greated by a very nice young man who is well versed with hotel stuff. Easy to talk too this chap is. Overall nice place....watch experation dates for the brealfast. The. Older lady does not care nor check.

Very nice place to stay. Staff are very accommodating. Polite and Respectful. The breakfast was surprisingly very good with a variety of items. The evening front desk attendant, she let us relax in the cafe with a 24/7 coffee beverage. We booked 10 rooms, and NOT one complaint from our group. If thier was, it was handled professionally.

Room was clean. Mattress encased in mattress protecter. Hotel generally clean. Stayed 4 nights. Did not appear many people staying there. 1st room smelled like cigarette smoke, moved to new room and it was fine. Shouldn’t housekeeping have reported this? I believe it is a nonsmoking hotel…Never saw or heard any housekeeping being done the 4 nights we were there, appeared mostly the same people working the whole time. Floor in hallway visiting Bally never vacuumed. Had to ask twice for towels in the workout room. Hot breakfast items either burnt or cold. Were using electric skillets instead of normal silver warming dishes. Changing TV stations was challenging. Fire alarm went off 1 morning, fire dept came . Appeared to be toaster related, but fire alarms not reset for most of the day. Definately lower on the scale of BWs we have stayed, but room was clean so would consider giving it another try when in the area. Staff was friendly, just need to fix breakfast and housekeeping issues.

Fantastic hotel at a great price. Modern, updated, clean rooms, excellent check in, great parking, great security. Only negative was the WiFi wasn't that good and poor cell service for my ATT phone. EV charging was available as well. Hod to leave Sunday at 0600 and on Sunday breakfast is at 0700. Coffee was ready to go!

This was my 3rd year staying here and unfortunately my last. Worst part is I have recommended this hotel to a number of my club members to stay at for the Truck Nationals!!!! I chose this location as it is a close distance to the Carlisle Fairgrounds for the events. 2021 was great no complaints. 2022 bathtub drain backed up and waited a day and a half to have fixed (no vacancy to switch rooms) & pool not open. 2023, room itself was decent - bed horrible (unless you like sleeping on mush) 2nd year of the pool being closed and lastly the refrigerator. I wouldn't even put bottles of water in this thing. The mold all along the rubber gasket, the ice box area so full of frost you could just about get your hand in it. Informed the front desk 2x about it and no resolution - not even an offer of a room change or discount on the rate. Completely unacceptable.
