Hôtels à South Townsville avec petit déjeuner

Excellent service, cuisine, gens étaient tous amis et accessibles, mais le bâtiment est de vieille style.

Notre première fois à cet hôtel qui offre un parking de bonne valeur et un parking sous-sol sûr et gratuit. Autres hôtels facturent une commission supplémentaire pour parker, nous sommes très heureux d'être en mesure de partir directement du parking à la réception par l'ascenseur.

Booked in on Friday 5/5/23 for a nights stay .. given card to open door, after several attempts & door not opening husband went to reception and was given another keycard.. opened door and walked in and within a few minutes realised room already occupied by someone rose.. they weren’t in room.. thankgod! Husband went to reception while I waited with bags.. given another room on Different floor away from the friends we’re were holidaying with.. after shower I was feeling quite anxious about being in someone else’s room so decided to go to reception to lodge a complaint .. was basically ignored and receptionist actually shrugged her shoulders. I told her I would be complaining to management and again she looked through me and just sort of shrugged again.. at no point did she apologise .. a sorry might have gone a long way?? I left there feeling I’d done something wrong.. I wouldn’t stay there ever again

Think twice before booking this hotel. The room I stayed in felt dated and despite arriving in summer no fan or airconditioner had been turned on for me. Reception doesn't open until 9am and closes at 5pm. Outside of these hours you need to complete an online form and wait for confirmation which only comes an hour or so before arrival (I had to ring to confirm arrangements as I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to check in). Another online form is required to be completed if check out is needed before 9am. Prior to my stay I enquired about the gym and was told the treadmill was broken. I went to use the gym to discover it wasn't accessible until 9am despite the compendium indicating gym opened from 7am-7pm (even these hours aren't convenient for business travellers). When attempting to leave my floor the lift was held up for quite awhile by trades people arriving and holding it to stack materials, they indicated on the way up they'd be holding it for another 10 minutes before it would return!

We stayed 12 nights in a 2 bedroom unit. The unit was functional and clean, although the carpets needed shampooing or replacing - made obvious by the black on our bare feet. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had sufficient supplies to support basic cooking. We booked directly which meant we had basic service in the room including trash pickup, midstay linen change, dish, dishwasher and laundry detergent, as well as tea and coffee. The staff were all polite, pleasant and willing to help. There are restaurants close by and a grocery store within walking distance. We walked to the harbour, ferry, and the Strand; however, those with less mobility or less time would need to take advantage of the plentiful scooters or have a vehicle. Most of the units require walking up one or 2 flights of stairs. We stayed on a 3rd floor unit which I appreciated as it meant no noise from above.

Les équipements et services offerts par l'hébergement comprennent un téléphone, mais aussi un bureau et une cafetière ou une bouilloire.

Le service était excellent, j'avais un enregistrement tardif et j'ai pu accéder à l'hôtel par l'intermédiaire de leur partenaire à Rydges. Très sûr et accessible. Le bar et le restaurant sur le site était pratique et je n'ai pas eu de problème avec mes deux séjours jusqu'à présent. Il sera certainement de retour !

Le grand appartement de plan ouvert avec un lit confortable de taille règne et un menu de pile bonus, si les piles fournies n'étaient pas adaptées, je pourrais les changer. Le personnel était très bienvenu et m'a accueilli tous les jours avec un sourire et une conversation rapide pour vérifier que tout était bien. Il y a eu beaucoup de restaurants dans les environs de quelques centaines de mètres des appartements.

Arrivata qui con un viaggio di gruppo. Stanze comode, non molto grandi ma ben curate e pulite. Unica cosa che non dispone di stanze doppie solo con letti matrimoniali. Peccato che non dispone di un ascensore, il problema salire alle stanze con le valige. Il bagno bello ma non molto spazioso. Si può disporre di una sala palestra, e della piscina situata sul tetto dell'hotel. La colazione alla carta, questo se sei in gruppo , non essendo a buffet può essere un limite , a parer mio da rivalutare, anche percè quello che viene offerto è molto buono.
