I am on the fence about whether to give two or three stars but there is no 2.5 star option so here we go: Pros: the location is walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shopping venues. The hotel is away from the highway so one hears no traffic at night. The lobby and the front desk staff are very nice- one reception person, (perhaps named Tasha?) was professional, friendly and went out of her way to recognize me as a Hilton Honors member. The breakfast is nice. Cons: other than the lobby, the side entrances to the hotel needed more janitorial attention, the glass on the exit door was smeared with fingerprints and handprints throughout my stay. Immediately outside the entrance nearest the shopping center, a trash can stood next to the door. It was stuffed with garbage to overflowing with cans and wrappers having fallen to the sidewalk. This remained so for two days. The hotel appears to rent rooms to work crews of young laborers- at least that’s my guess; either that, or it’s a social service program of some kind. While they were on the whole quiet, there was a tendency to “loiter” at night, drinking in the parking lot and wandering around the perimeter of the building with no apparent aim. I was nervous about parking my car because upon arriving at night, I encountered these clutches of guys in darkened areas of the parking lot, a couple of whom were guzzling from what looked like a vodka bottle, others were leaning into the windows of visiting cars, sitting in the grass etc. The hotel should have some security rounds to help keep things in order in the parking lot so that arriving guests are not nervous about possible crime. If these are work crews, I appreciate that and after all, at least they are working. There just needs to be rules for comportment and the enforcement thereof. While my room was large and the bathroom was especially generous with a large walk-in shower, there was no overhead light operating on entry so I had to wedge the room door open with my duffle bag, to allow light from the hall to enter the room so I could find a lamp and have light. After encountering the loitering in the parking lot, the experience of entering a dark room with no functioning light in the hallway only added to my reservations. The place is ok and I would consider staying again if some tweaks could be made.

I arrived late from Salt Lake City and had a pickup to make back at the airport the next morning so, rather than go back and forth, I chose to stay at the Hyatt House nearby. I am SO glad that I did! Had SUCH a great stay! I checked in online and was able to go straight to my room, using my phone as my key. The room was not just clean but large and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a mini-kitchen. I placed the ”do not disturb” placard outside and proceeded to get one of the best night's sleep I can recall in recent times! Next morning, I gathered my things and strolled right out the door, knowing that the bill was taken care of. Excellent experience! Top marks! Will definitely be staying there again in the future!

Je recommande vivement cette place à quiconque veut un resort comme l'expérience sans avoir à voyager loin pour atteindre le Zen comme le sentiment!

Le mois dernier, nous avons été un groupe. Anna était très bien à traiter - traiter toutes les questions et emails rapidement et efficacement. Chaque membre du personnel que nous avons contacté était très gentil et disposé à aider. C'est un grand hôtel pour apporter un groupe.

Cet hôtel est un hôtel de qualité, avec piscine extérieure, tube chaud et chauds et barbecues. Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables, et sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner était typique de la marque. Le parking était gratuit et ample. Les magasins de gros, les restaurants et les pharmacies étaient à quelques pas.

Bon hôtel, surtout si vous avez été mal accueilli le jour précédent, le petit déjeuner est également possible, l'attitude de service est particulièrement bonne, et il n'y a pas besoin de dépôt, il est très pratique de séjourner à partir du magasin!

L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la route 91. Le bureau a été accueilli par un petit sac de snacks et une bouteille d'eau pour être membre de Marriott Bonvoy. La chambre était grande avec un lit de taille royale, un fauteuil amoureux et un bureau avec une chaise. Il y avait une grande zone vide dans la chambre avec une lampe de sol qui aurait pu utiliser une chaise facile. La porte de la salle de bain était une porte de bar qui n'était pas complètement fermée. La piscine était une belle taille avec beaucoup de chaises de salon. L'hôtel semblait réservé mais la piscine n'était jamais remplie pendant notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était les articles habituels. J'ai demandé une liste de restaurants de la zone du bureau frontal. La liste était de 2 pages et la plupart des places étaient à 5 kilomètres de l'hôtel. J'ai reçu ma facture par courriel le jour de ma départ. J'ai été facturé pour le montant incorrect. J'ai arrêté au bureau de front et le bureau a dit que le taux erroné a été supprimé.

Had an early morning flight, so family dropped me off the night before. Right off, I was treated well by the desk clerk (Shareena?), who was funny and warm. I was also treated well by the morning clerk and the driver to the airport (wish I knew their names!). The driver said a tip wasn't necessary (he was so humble), but I insisted. Being treated like I am special is so important, sometimes more important than the place itself. My king-sized bedroom was spacious and I had a view of lots of greenery from my window. I appreciated the low, wide shelf (as part of the TV/refrigerator/bureau) for laying my suitcase on. Most hotels do not have this in my experience (I go to at least 6 hotels per year). No more laying it on the floor, a flimsy luggage rack or on the shelf under the TV! I also liked the side table which could easily slide over the sofa so I could eat. The breakfast was what you would expect from these types of hotels (I stay at all types of Hilton properties as well as some of their competitors), which is fine. The dining area is spacious.
