Beautiful room with an amazing view. Breakfast was incredible. Service was immaculate! Only thing that let us down was the lift situation as after breakfast we waiting 25 minutes to get the lift back to the room. When we went to check out we waited 15 minutes and then decided to go down the stairs from the 9th floor as we were worried about missing checkout. Need more and bigger lifts. Or. Just maybe a life for the housekeeping team. All in all it was still amazing and we hope to stay again soon

Nous avons séjourné toute la nuit avant de prendre un voyage, à pied dans la ville et le port de croisière, mais nous avons utilisé un taxi pour passer des affaires. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre familiale avec 3 adultes et un enfant. Mon grand-père et ma grand-père ont utilisé un spa et il était très bon. N'a pas mangé à l'hôtel, je ne peux pas commenter. McD's est dans le parc de voiture ainsi que dans un autre endroit pour manger. Les magasins quelques minutes marche si vous oubliez quelque chose, Boots, Matalan, Poundland ainsi que d'autres, resteraient encore

Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. I enjoyed the fitness suite as well, variety of work out equipments. I will definitely recommend and will return there again 😀😀
