Review of Bantang·White House, Lijiang Bantang·White House in Lijiang is nothing short of exceptional, offering a level of service and hospitality that sets a new standard for luxury accommodations. From the moment we planned our arrival, the staff’s proactive approach was evident. Even before we reached the hotel, they reached out to inquire if we needed assistance traveling from Dali, showcasing their commitment to guest comfort. Upon arrival, we encountered an issue with paying our driver, but the hotel staff and manager stepped in personally to resolve it, ensuring the driver was paid and allowing us to settle with the hotel directly. This kind of hands-on, problem-solving service was truly remarkable and reflective of their par-excellence standards. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of thoughtful design and customer care. The room amenities were top-notch, meticulously curated to enhance the guest experience, demonstrating the management’s attention to detail. The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room offered breathtaking views of Dragon Lake reflecting the majestic Snow Dragon Mountain, with the serene surrounding nature elevating the experience to another level. Even our bathtub provided a stunning view, adding a touch of luxury and tranquility to our stay. Every staff member was courteous, professional, and eager to assist, whether it was arranging local excursions, recommending dinners and restaurants, booking spa sessions, or scheduling a photoshoot. Their coordination and professionalism were next-level, making every moment of our stay seamless and enjoyable. Despite the language barrier, as I don’t speak Chinese, the staff bridged this gap effortlessly, ensuring clear communication and making us feel completely at ease. This level of care and coordination is rare and deserves high praise. Our time at Bantang·White House was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding work—thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

The accommodation was tastefully decorated and designed. They had bathroom fixtures like Hansgrohe & even provided a Dyson hair dryer. The room created a retreat-like atmosphere, it was very relaxing. They also have a dedicated laundry area. Had early morning activities both days so ended up not having breakfast but the aunty at the kitchen allowed us to take away some of the breakfast items. She was really sweet and helpful. When we arrived, the owner arranged a car to pick us up and gave us a fruit basket, biscuits etc. His hospitality was very welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay. He also arranged for a car to send us off which was very helpful early in the morning. The view from the room was really pretty as you can see the mountain and it overlooked the ancient town.

The rooms and common area are beautifully decorated - actual condition is same as those shown on the platform. Location is excellent - walking distance to shops and eating places and not far to the main road. The staff were also helpful with the luggages. I contacted them in advance to arrange for our hired car to meet them at the nearest accessible point. The central heating was too hot on the first night. But the owner adjusted down after our feedback 👍👍. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay and breakfast is delicious.

Dès votre arrivée à Lijiang, direction l'hôtel Bailangle Mufu ! Situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la porte sud de la vieille ville, il est idéalement placé pour visiter le palais Mufu ! Coup de cœur pour sa piscine à flanc de falaise, face à la montagne enneigée du Dragon de Jade. Savourer un thé l'après-midi en flottant dans la piscine, tout en admirant le panorama sur la vieille ville, est une expérience inoubliable, digne d'une carte postale. L'hôtel abrite également des alpagas et des paons. Les alpagas, doux et affectueux, sont parfaits pour des photos. Le service est exceptionnel, avec un service de navette et la mise à disposition de guides locaux. Les chambres sont bien équipées et le chauffage et le Wi-Fi fonctionnent parfaitement. Voici un itinéraire suggéré : Matin : Arrivée, caresses aux alpagas, visite de la piscine, déjeuner : promenade jusqu'au palais Mufu pour déguster une fondue aux champignons, après-midi : visite du palais Mufu, soir : retour à l'hôtel pour admirer le coucher du soleil. Un itinéraire parfaitement organisé pour une expérience fantastique !

C'est l'un des séjours les plus chaleureux que j'aie jamais passés dans un hôtel cinq étoiles. Lila m'a contacté la veille pour confirmer les informations d'arrivée, me demander mes préférences et m'a même envoyé des informations utiles sur les attractions locales. L'hôtel est entièrement en bois, les chambres sont calmes et élégantes, avec un esprit jardin. Le hall de l'hôtel est particulièrement remarquable : on peut s'asseoir dans les alcôves et admirer la vue magnifique sur les sommets enneigés de la montagne du Dragon de Jade, illuminés par le soleil. Le jour de mon arrivée, ils ont appris que je venais de visiter la montagne du Dragon de Jade et m'ont immédiatement apporté une tasse de thé au gingembre chaud fraîchement préparé. Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux et comprenait des spécialités locales, le goût étant absolument authentique. Bref, c'était excellent, j'ai été conquis ! La prochaine fois que je viendrai à Lijiang, je choisirai de nouveau l'InterContinental Lijiang Ancient Town.

Overall i am satisfied my one night stay in The Rock. However, i am not so impressed with the afternoon tea. Normally a good quality afternoon tea comes with sufficient cakes, scones, fruits, biscuits. But the afternoon serve by The Rocky is rather pathetic. Breakfast served was okay but no great. I see both the afternoon tea and breakfast should improve. I did not consider taking lunch or dinner in the hotel as i do not know what they are serving. If i am returning to 玉湖村，i may not stay here again. There is no pull factor to attract me back.

L'hôtel a été classé comme le plus bel hôtel de Lijiang, je l'ai donc choisi parmi de nombreux hôtels ; à part quelques détails qui manquent un peu, le paysage et le cadre de vie sont vraiment super ! L'hôtel dispose d'une plate-forme d'observation dédiée et d'une chambre de type montagne enneigée où vous pourrez admirer le coucher de soleil sur la montagne Jinshan ; Chaque matin et soir, vous pouvez nourrir des cygnes noirs et des carpes koï au pavillon Huxin de l'hôtel ~ C'est vraiment relaxant😌 De 14h00 à 16h00 tous les jours, chevreaux, poneys et alpagas seront lâchés sur la pelouse de l'hôtel. Vous pourrez les nourrir en achetant des carottes à l'hôtel... les petits animaux ont tous vu le monde et le sont. très cher à toi ! Les hôtels sont tous des bâtiments de trois étages de style cour, sans étages élevés et avec une bonne verdure. Bref, ils me conviennent très bien ! Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux et varié ! Lorsque les serveurs voient des invités, ils prennent l'initiative de leur dire bonjour ; il existe également des voitures à batterie qui peuvent emmener les clients de l'hôtel là où ils souhaitent aller à tout moment, leur évitant ainsi beaucoup de marche ! Même face au grand nombre de clients le 1er mai, les serveurs étaient visiblement débordés. Lorsqu'il y avait plus de monde, il fallait beaucoup de temps pour réapprovisionner la vaisselle et les repas du buffet, et le ménage ne pouvait pas suivre. en dînant au restaurant chinois, il était encore plus difficile de commander pendant la période de pointe. La nourriture est servie très lentement, mais heureusement l'attitude est très bonne, ce qui compense un peu les défauts. J'espère que l'efficacité du service pourra être. amélioré!

Large and comfortable duplex with 2 rooms. Spacious ground floor living area with fridge and sink, although more amenities like soap and hand drying clothe will be helpful. There is WeChat customer service and also buggy to fetch us around the grounds. Don’t miss the garden which is really beautiful both in the day and night. The complementary meal (choose between hotpot and over the bridge noodles) is great and we love it (restaurant closed at 9pm). Good breakfast spread.

C'est absolument incroyable de pouvoir admirer le lever du soleil sur les montagnes depuis son lit tous les matins. Cet hôtel est vraiment le nec plus ultra pour des vacances ; tout y est parfait, le service est impeccable et la restauration vaut le détour. Je tiens à mentionner en particulier un jeune homme charmant qui conduisait la navette : il était incroyablement chaleureux et sincère, passionné par son travail, et son sourire radieux égayait nos journées à chaque fois que nous le croisions. Même si les installations de l'hôtel ne sont pas les plus récentes, elles sont très bien entretenues, ce qui rend le séjour extrêmement confortable.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would especially like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the Front Office Manager, Leo. From the moment I arrived, Leo welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism. He patiently explained the hotel's amenities and facilities in detail and even personally escorted me to my room. As I do not communicate much in Chinese, I was deeply touched by the effort he made to translate our conversations and ensure that I understood everything clearly. He consistently went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make me feel comfortable throughout my stay. On another occasion, when I needed assistance with my charging adapter, Leo was quick to help and even provided me with the charger head I needed. It may seem like a small gesture, but it reflected his attentiveness and sincere desire to help his guests. He took the time to attend to my requests with kindness, patience, and a genuine smile, which made a lasting impression on me. I would also like to commend Leo's team for their excellent hospitality. Their dedication and care made me feel well looked after during my entire stay. The hotel itself is fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, there is a McDonald's less than a five-minute walk away, and Lijiang Railway Station is directly opposite the hotel. Getting around was effortless, with most attractions accessible by Didi within 20 to 30 minutes. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views that made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Leo, and the entire team, for your outstanding service and hospitality. You truly made my visit memorable, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang.
