Apart from the ridiculous cost, I find this behaviour unacceptable and rude, contrary to the standard in any decent hotel (and I travel a lot). My wife was sick and resting while we were practically harassed to pay a ridiculously high late checkout fee like we would be criminals leaving without paying. This is not the standard I would expect from a hotel in this category. Minor things to improve: a proper spa would be better and more in line with the name of the hotel. Providing just a massage service isn't really great for a ”spa resort”. Adding sauna, steam room and so on would make this place a true gem - all useless anyway if the customer care doesn't change.

Furthermore, placing large ashtray stands beside the elevator banks on every floor implicitly encourages this behavior. I strongly encourage the management to consider implementing a smoke-free policy in all indoor public spaces for the health and well-being of both guests and staff.

The view is great and the stay was comfortable. However, the service was appalling… they made me wait for my room for 40 mins and did not checkup on me even though it’s been after the check in timing. In addition, there were wifi problems for a few nights and then the card had problems and we couldn’t access our floor. Moreover there were inconsistencies amongst staff communication — eg. I had packages arriving for a few days and on the first day someone said they can lend me a pair of scissors, on the second they said they have to open it up for me instead, on the third day they said the don’t provide this service of opening packages. LMAO. The room was perfectly fine, but if it’s marketed as a 5 star establishment then the service should also reflect that. The inconsistencies and problems that arose were genuinely frustrating and unprofessional.

Le responsable de service, Ali, m'a particulièrement impressionné par son hospitalité proactive. En guise de bienvenue, il m'a personnellement apporté une sélection de boissons non alcoolisées locales du Shandong et de Qingdao dans ma chambre, une attention délicate et respectueuse des traditions culturelles. Ce petit geste a rendu mon séjour plus agréable et a témoigné d'un véritable souci du détail, allant bien au-delà des attentes habituelles. Les installations semblaient complètes, même si mon séjour fut bref et principalement axé sur le repos plutôt que sur la découverte de toutes les prestations. Le hall et les espaces communs étaient soignés, offrant une première impression de calme et d'organisation. Les options de restauration étaient pratiques et, sans être exceptionnelles, satisfaisantes en termes de qualité et de variété pour un court séjour. Le logement que j'avais initialement réservé n'était pas propre et sentait mauvais, je n'ai donc pas eu d'autre choix que de changer pour Ramada. C'était économique, propre et la chambre était spacieuse, j'étais donc très satisfait au point de me remettre de la fatigue du premier jour. Le personnel était sympathique, mais c'était un peu décevant qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup d'installations. Je lui donne 5 étoiles, c'est le meilleur !!

Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.
