全家新年去泰州旅行，帶了兩個長者早早預訂了泰州天德湖賓館，據説也是當地的國賓館，經常接待領導，應該不會差。正式出行，中午13點半到達，順利辦理入住，為了照顧兩位長者方便，工作人員也很貼心的安排了我要求中安靜靠近的房間。賓館靠近天德湖公園，環境優美，我們預訂了一間大床房和一間雙床房，工作人員為了讓我們兩個房間靠近還特地給我升級了房型，賓館設施齊全，有非常讚的自助早餐，泰州早茶點心品種齊全，品質上乘，都不用出酒店去尋覓早茶，春節期間到哪裡都是排隊的泰州早茶讓我們在酒店就可以定心享用，酒店還有温泉，窗外看出去就是，心裏癢癢的很想去體驗，無奈沒帶泳衣。賓館的服務質量很高，員工態度友好，第一天到達時就得到了前台行李員陳雲帥哥的熱情接待，一口流利的上海話，把兩位長者照顧的非常周到，在天德湖賓館度過了開心的三天二夜，並已經把酒店推薦給了朋友，期待以後有機會去泰州再次相遇。

房間挺大的，也算比較衞生，但330的標間價格在這個位置確實是有點貴了，並且空調沒有提前打開，一進房間都是冰涼的，被窩也都是涼的，樓道温度也偏低。這些細節方面還是需要提升。

I had a pleasant time during my stay at this hotel. I am 100% willing to visit next time. The kindness of the No. 155 staff was very impressive at the restaurant. A pleasant meal was available, and the front desk was provided with safe and sound service by the No. 68 staff. Overall, the staff was friendly and comfortable with no difficulty communicating in English.

CChaoyangqunzhongOKOKhalashao煙花三月下江南，泰州文旅最近宣傳很吸引人，拖家帶口來泰州轉轉。不得不説，這家酒店的服務水準很在線。房間是提前預訂的，還沒到出發的日子，酒店就電話打過來問需求，我們兩個房間希望能排的近一點，照顧小朋友比較方便。隔天到了前台，房間都也按要求安排了，小朋友的拖鞋牙具都配送了，前置工作做的很紮實。説説到店，禮賓主動幫忙提行李，前台笑容可掬，聽我們來旅遊，還將周邊的訊息介紹了一遍，雖然我已經做好了攻略，但還是感受到服務的熱情和主動。房間在17樓，雖然是快速電梯，但是很穩，沒有耳鳴感，房間空調可調冷風，很難得，出去玩一天回來，最迫切的就是涼爽的房間。
泰州之行很開心，這家酒店為泰州文旅加分了，有機會再來。

Jjoseph grayLe petit déjeuner buffet était très bon, très varié, très bon choix de nourriture et très goûté. Les récepteurs étaient amis et utiles. J'aimerais qu'il y ait un bus direct de mon district de Taizhou vers le district de l'hôtel, car le didi ride est un peu coûteux avec les routes + distance. L'hôtel se sentait comme ce bijoux caché que j'ai découvert.

UUtilisateur anonymeLa chambre d'hôtel était propre et confortable et le personnel de la chambre de front était amiable et utile. Nous avons réservé l'hôtel parce qu'il était proche du parc de forêt de Lizhong et de la zone de scène de Qiandou, et le site web trip.com dit qu'il accepte les étrangers/tous les passeports.
Cependant, l'expérience de check-in était mauvaise si vous parlez étranger/non chinois - nous avons pris presque 1.5 heures et était assez stressant (y compris appeler un ami pour une aide). Bien que le site indique que cet hôtel accepte tous les passeports, après notre arrivée nous avons été dits pour rester là, nous avons dû aller à la police locale et nous enregistrer et obtenir un papier pour ramener. Nous n'avons pas de voiture et la situation n'était pas facile à obtenir un didi à la nuit, donc l'hôtel a aidé et organisé leur conducteur à nous emmener à la station de police qui coûte 80 RMB supplémentaires. La police n'a pas pris nos détails ou vérifié nos documents, et après 10-15 minutes debout, ils nous ont renvoyés à l'hôtel sans papier d'enregistrement, mais nous avons pu nous rendre soudainement.
Si vous êtes chinois, l'expérience de l'hôtel sera bonne, si vous êtes un étranger, un autre hôtel à Xinghua pourrait être plus facile.

SShanghai based coupleA really smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. The nice fellow who checked us in late Friday, and who we saw again on Saturday evening was a considerate and thoughtful professional who helped make our stay better, so sincere thanks to him and the whole team. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious; noticeably better than similar kinds of hotels in much larger cities. Room was clean, sheets crisp and the bed was comfy. The location allowed us to do the larger tourist things and then still walk back. All round a splendid choice I was well pleased with afterwards.
