Hôtel spa à Chersonissos

It was a memorable time for us traveling from US as family of four with two kids age 7 and 11. First striking thing was everything was included in the all inclusive price. There were no hidden charges or extra fees for things like ala carte reservations. There were plenty of activities for the kids to keep them occupied. Ice creams and desserts were available all the time. Only downside for us was that we are vegetarians and food options are very limited as Greece goes heavy on meat.

Convenient location, about fifteen minutes from Heraklion and the airport. Located on a quiet and pleasant stretch of beach. The rooms are spacious and equipped. Thinking down to the smallest details. Outstanding user experience. A welcome collaboration with Psaki Restaurant. What made our stay extraordinary is the wonderful service and the kind and dedicated staff. Thank you!

В целом понравилось. Номера просторные и удобные, к сожалению, все три номера для нашей семьи были в разных местах и не видовые. Вообще немного странная застройка территории и номеров, где у вас будет вид на парковку или бетонный двор, или на минус первом этаже (хотя лужайка под окном есть), довольно много. Есть и с видом на море или бассейн. Из минусов: в сентябре волны и купание практически не возможно, так как много камней и есть риск покалечиться. Уличные бассейны холодные и людей в них практически нет. Есть закрытый бассейн, но понятно, что с хлоркой. И это главный минус отеля на море. Пляж общественный, но есть свои хорошие лежаки, однако их не хватает на всех, и на них всех лежат люди, а не полотенца. То есть лежаков меньше, чем гостей в отеле. Самый главный плюс этого отеля - это ресторан. Концепция завтрак+ужин. Очень хорошее питание. Завтрак шведский стол, ужин заказная система а ля карт по меню включены плюс напитки за деньги. Очень хорошее и внимательное обслуживание. Даже создалось впечатление, что у ресторана и отеля вообще отдельное управление. Вообщем, сам отель надо подтягивать, а ресторан это сглаживает.

Tout le personnel était étonnant. Super amical et utile. Ils nous ont pris soin comme une famille. Surtout le bar de la plage était #1. Nous étions avec un grand groupe d'amis et ils étaient si attentifs et ajoutaient beaucoup de rire et de plaisir à notre expérience. Je recommande très fort cet hôtel.

Un hôtel magnifique et familial avec tout ce que vous pourriez demander sur le terrain. D'une belle salle de sport, des piscines à profusion à un incroyable parc aquatique sur place non seulement pour les plus petits mais aussi pour les grands enfants… il y a tout ! Les aires de restauration étaient également très variées, avec des décors différents pour différentes nuits. Les animations ont commencé juste au moment où je partais et le chant au bar était tout simplement magnifique, une belle touche à l'espace pour lui donner cette sensation d'exclusivité pour adultes, loin des autres zones de l'hôtel qui s'adressaient à toute la famille.

We have just had the most incredible days staying at Esperides Resort. From the moment we arrived, all staff were outstanding. My girlfriend and I stayed in a room with a private jetted tub which was well worth the upgrade. We will remember our few days at this hotel for a long time and would love to come back in the future.

Just absolutely regular resort, nothing special at all. The food is flat and the drinks are very poor. Even if you go to (only one) all-inclusive al a carte restaurant you will get same food as in buffet and some special meals for money. Small crowded pool and no service on the beach. In general, it's rate 3 out of 5, but it's still completely overpriced.

Apartment Stella Paradise by Checkin is very conveniently located in Hersonissos - the main city beach is just 5 minutes walk around a corner, 10 minutes of pleasant walk to the city promenade with restaurants and bars, and no more than 20 minutes walk along the coastal line of hotels, restaurants and small pebble beaches to the best nearest sandy beach of Sarandari. The apartments themselves are quite budget style, but at the same time is very comfortable accommodation option for travelers who appreciate the optimal combination of price and quality. Our room consisted of a small bedroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a small kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge and kettle. For those who prefer to cook while traveling, there is a necessary minimum of cooking equipment, but we have ordered breakfasts, which were covered by Stella herself the owner of the apartments. I would like to say a special thank to Stella for all her help during our stay - she recommended wonderful restaurants and beaches, ordered taxi and table in the restaurant, and solved all the minor issues we had, this made travel planning very easy and made our stay very comfortable. Despite the fact that this is not a hotel but a complex of apartments, the room was cleaning every day. And a big advantage was the presence of a terrace where it was convenient to dry bathing suits after the beach, and drink a glass of wine in the evening. I will definitely stay here if I come to Hersonissos again.

For the price of our stay it was well worth it!! Food was good and the all inclusive drinks were a big hit! There was entertainment on one of the nights we were there aswell! The pool was standard but a great vibe :) our room had a great view -one of the best in the resort 👌

Le camping est un peu obsolète, et vous voyez, dans notre chambre, l'air-conditionnaire avait des soins et les faisait un bruit fort, parce que nous sommes en retard, ils ne pouvaient pas le réparer immédiatement. Le lendemain, nous avons reçu une mise à niveau de notre chambre 2 personnes dans une chambre familiale avec piscine privée! Top service! Le repas était super, mais pas super, mais les employés sont très gentils. Une véritable amélioration: la musique est parfois très forte à la piscine, pas très relaxée quand vous vous reposez. Nous avons eu un bon séjour, mais nous n'avons pas attendu de super-deluxe, mais c'est le prix qui nous attend.
