Muwa is a stylish and professional young hotel with an edgy yet luxurious design. Hito’s food is amazing from breakfast to dinner. It was one of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had in Japan. The flavours are perfectly balanced and the pork is tender and not oily at all. What really stood out was the attentive service. The lady and manager who served us dinner were incredibly thoughtful and genuinely cared about our experience. We especially wanted to thank Ran and Dylan for their warm hospitality. They made us feel right at home and prepared a birthday fruit platter and wine for my special day. The room was very new and spotlessly clean. We had a great night’s sleep and thoroughly enjoyed the onsen. The body wash and shampoo were from Aesop, which added to the luxurious feel. We’ll definitely be returning to this high-quality and customer-centric hotel in the future.

Setsu is a must-visit hotel in Niseko! Its location is perfect for summer, being close to the sports centre. Frankly, there’s limited information online about Niseko summer activities. So I emailed Setsu to check the itinerary, which wasn’t related to our stay but they promptly responded and sent us all the information to help us plan. They were also incredibly kind to pick us up from Kutchen station, which we hadn’t expected. We especially wanted to thank Satonshi for his warm welcome and preparation. He truly elevated our entire accommodation experience at Setsu. Don’t miss their breakfast – it’s fresh, generous portions and delicious! The atmosphere is relaxing and modern. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable in a traditional Japanese style. We highly recommend trying the public onsen and gym as well. We absolutely loved our stay at Setsu!

L'hôtel était très agréable. Nous avions réservé deux chambres et le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient copieux. Nous avions informé l'hôtel via Ctrip de notre réservation de deux chambres calmes et, à notre arrivée, on nous a attribué des chambres éloignées des ascenseurs. Il y a deux salles de bains communes : l'une au deuxième étage, avec un style rétro, et l'autre au dernier étage. Sans doute parce que nous avions réservé une chambre exécutive, nous avons été installés dans le salon pendant notre enregistrement. Le salon exécutif offre gratuitement du thé et de la bière, ainsi qu'un service personnalisé. Les transports autour du lac Toya ne sont pas très pratiques. Le deuxième étage de l'hôtel et les ascenseurs dégageaient une forte odeur d'huile de cuisson et la climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui la rendait un peu froide. Dans l'ensemble, c'était plutôt bien.

The hotel was acquired by hotel and the biggest improvement is the quality of the breakfast. Location wise, although it’s not in the central hirafu, the shuttle made journey to hirafu or kutchan very easy. The only downside this time was that, the outdoor onsen is not working, but they offered customers to use the onsen in the Hilton nearby.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. It was plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. I also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot springs. They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Cet hôtel est vraiment super dans la neige. Il y a un petit-déjeuner avec chaque jour. L'accent est sur le service de la table de la maison de retraite chinoise ⋯ Nous avons rencontré beaucoup de problèmes pour nous aider à résoudre en conséquence. Après avoir quitté la chambre, nous envoyons un autre hôtel pour nous envoyer un très bon ⋯ Nous avons vraiment bien passé Les billets ne sont pas réservés sur le réseau et ils ont traité 😭 Dans la deuxième vallée, ils ne seront plus là que dans leur famille. Heureusement que ce voyage ait été aidé par une rupture.
