The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier and breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was tired and in need of repairs. The hotel pool was missing lots of floor tiles, piled up on the pool side. Our shower and sink both leaked water, we had to use all the towels to mop the floor. The Wi-Fi was not great. But by far my biggest annoyance and disgust was the cost of the sun loungers and umbrella at the private beach. This four star hotel charged €35 per day (£29) for two sun loungers and an umbrella, which should have been complimentary. For that ridiculous cost, you got NO beach towels, NO complimentary drink/water at the beach bar and NO Wi-Fi. The hotel situated close to all amenities and the old town, which is well worth a visit. There is a lift to the top of the old town but the stairs and ally’s are so beautiful.

Loved the place. Diana at the front desk was really helpful during check-in process and her colleagues were always available to help. the place is clean and well-kept. I would definitely choose the hotel if I go back to Sprelonga:)

Ottimo albergo con massima disponibilità del personale..qualità ormai rare da trovare in giro. Pulizia eccellente e colazione da vero 4 stelle. Un grazie speciale a Giuseppe per la sua cordialità e simpatia. Abbiamo passato un bel week. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Su questo hotel avevo grandi aspettative perché ho prenotato da Booking e lì le recensioni non erano negative. Oltretutto visto il prezzo legato non solo alla location ma anche ai servizi accessori come la Spa, il parcheggio privato ecc...mi aspettavo di più. LA STANZA DOPPIA CON LETTO MATRIMONIALE AL PIANO 1 ERA RUMOROSISSIMA. Tubazioni con acqua corrente, piccoli colpi, scrosci e un vroooom che sembrava non derivare da movimenti di umani. Abbiamo chiamato la reception e ci viene detto che probabilmente al piano superiore qualcuno sta usando l'idromassaggio privato. Dopo le 24.00 ognuno fa quel che vuole ma stento a credere che abbiano usato l'idromassaggio per oltre 1h. Infatti, stanchi e assonnati abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza e il receptionist ha accettato di buon grado di spostarci. Può capitare una stanza meno confortevole però un hotel che abbia 4 stelle deve badare anche al comfort soprattutto per gli orari notturni.

Ottimo Hotel, camera pulita e confortevole, personale gentile e disponibile, ottima la colazione continentale ed il personale del ristorante è stato gentilissimo, ottima la posizione vicino al mare e centro storico (ci sono scale da fare), buona la Spa la consiglio.

Hotel a due passi dalla spiaggia,stanza grande e fornita di tutto,personale molto cortese,colazione top fornita veramente di tutto dal dolce al salato,e non per ultima una bellissima e rilassante Spa con idromassaggio ,sauna,bagno turco, possibilità di preparare tisane e infusi e di usufruire di massaggi e scrub corpo con una bravissima estetista,consiglio vivamente questo albergo per chi vuole soggiornare a Sperlonga

Hotel grande gestione professionalissima e cordiale.Vittime di una disavventura che ci ha portato a una prenotazione dell 'ultimo minuto il 31 dicembre,in questa struttura siamo stati accolti coccolati e abbiamo trovato una gestione sorridente e disponibile.La struttura è molto bella,grande,la pulizia impeccabile.Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e i letti comodi.Abbiamo usufruito della prima colazione ed era decisamente abbondante e varia. Mi sento di consigliarlo senza dubbi

Se dovessi basarmi sul personale della struttura, attribuirei 10 pallini! Tutto il personale è molto cordiale, disponibile e gentile, dal primo all'ultimo. Ci si sente più o meno come a casa. L'hotel gode di una buona posizione e la spiaggia privata è servita da un servizio navetta continuo, puntuale e veloce. Fin qui tutto bene. Il primo giorno di permanenza ho dovuto chiedere che venissero rimosse alcune ragnatele dalla stanza. Quest'ultima, tutto fuorché insonorizzata e con le pareti piuttosto sporche, affacciava praticamente su altre pareti dell'hotel. Essendo vicina alla hall, poi, si sentiva ogni rumore. Il riposo notturno era disturbato altresì dall'impianto di aerazione che di punto in bianco si attivava facendo un rumoraccio. Il rifacimento della stanza, soprattutto del letto, non è stato di mio gradimento e in un soggiorno di sette notti la biancheria da letto non è stata cambiata neanche una volta. Viceversa, gli asciugamani venivano cambiati quotidiamente. Passando alla colazione, l'ho trovata monotona e poco fornita per chi come me è intollerante al lattosio. Molti prodotti esauriti, non sono stati più riforniti sul buffet. Personalmente, poi, ho sofferto l'assenza di un servizio bar. In conclusione, da una struttura da circa 230,00 euro a notte mi aspetto di più e di meglio.
