"L'expérimentation est horrible, nous sommes arrivés à 4 h pour un check-in, pour découvrir les voitures de sauvetage sur la rue. Nous sommes entrés dans le lot et enfin mon mari s'est échappé et est allé dans le lobby. Il y avait au moins 30 personnes en ligne, attendant un check-in. Il semble que la région ait un programme de lycée, avec un concert cette nuit; apparemment tous ont décidé de se rendre à la fois! Alors, nous allons à la réception et nous avons été dit que notre chambre n'est pas prête ..... QUEL? On nous dit qu'elle nous écrira quand nous pourrions nous connecter. 1 1/2 heures plus tard, pas de texte. Nous retournons à l'hôtel, la ligne est partie, et nous leur dirons que nous n'avons rien entendu, mais que nous avons des plans pour la soirée. Ce réceptionniste a mis à jour notre chambre en raison des inconvénients."

"The room is quite good, large in size, new facilities and full of modern atmosphere. The breakfast variety is also more abundant, and the fruits include a mixed platter of cut grapes, blueberries and strawberries for self-service. However, the room assigned to us was not a city view room, but the other side. As a result, the noise of the cars was too loud at night and we couldn't sleep well. We asked to change rooms, but there were no vacancies, so we just had to make do with it for one night."

"We booked a one night stay at Ramada Downtown Spokane 1/1-1/2/26. We checked into #336 and the room seemed fine until we tried to use the hot water to wash and found there wasn’t any at our sink nor in the shower. I immediately called the front desk and explained the problem. Gabriella was apologetic and moved us to another room #313, we packed up our stuff and Moved to the new room. Because of the problem with the first room, I immediately tried the water in the new room. I let it run for about 5 minutes and it remained cool. I turned on the shower and only a small trickle came out. So I went back downstairs to talk to Gabriella. She again moved us to another room, this time on the 2nd floor #211. It was about 9:00 pm and we were tired from driving all day. When I got to the room, both the sink and tub had standing water in them— obviously a drainage problem. This was the third room and we were not interested in seeing any more rooms. We asked Gabriella for a refund as we weren’t going to be able to stay there after 3 attempts to get an adequate room. She said she was not allowed to make refunds and gave me your email. So I’m writing to you for a refund of our room payment and the deposit. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We had to book another hotel in Spokane for more money, because Ramada didn’t resolve the problem despite 3 opportunities to do so. — This email was originally sent to Jodi the manager yesterday, but we have received no response whatsoever."

"We paid in advance for the room. On the hotel check in policy the hotel on fine print stated that we can check in latest by 6 am the following day. At 3:15 the hotel tagged us as a no show contrary to their contract with us. We were turned out into the street in Spokane even if they had already received our funds in advance. They have declined to give us a full refund for what was their fault. We spent 10000 usd on trip.com per month and would caution other business travels to be aware that their actual actions are different from stated and wanted to share our experience of being put out in the street. We don’t want other people to go through the same. I’ll do we did not use the room at 3:15 AM after almost 20 hour journey from Houston to Seattle by train from Seattle to Spokane arriving to get into the hotel to rest and shower denied. I don’t want anything else to go through the same experience it was terrible."

She upgraded us without even showing i was a premiere marriot bonvoy. I think she provided such a warm welcome for us that was a perfect advertisment for a city, spokane, that eas otherwise just thought as an intermediate step on the way to seattle.
