Hampton Inn & Suites Springfield Downtown ★★

"On the road trip from NJ to Maine, we stayed at 2 Hampton Inns. This was the lower quality of the two. I had to deal with my wife's nagging for choosing this hotel. On the end of the day from the tired drive, we did not feel that welcomed by the front desk staff, nor did the staff at the breakfast service next day look happy at the job. The room felt sub par. It looks like it has been updated, but half heartedly. The quality of the finish was not good. In room furniture and carpet feels dirty."

MGM Springfield ★★★★

"Hotel doesn't privide slippers , toothbrush etc products. Make sure you have your own. Its kind of hard to order any food after 12pm. Its not a good place if you have younger kids ."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springfield MA ★★★

"Terrible experience. People were loud all night, we called the first desk & they said they would get someone to do a walk around. No one came because the kids continued. Slamming doors. Running up & down the hallway screaming & chasing each other. I get it kids are playing but it was over the top & no one cared. Same thing in the middle of the night I was startled awake by them banging on walls & kicking & screaming. Then when we went down for breakfast it was 7:55 & there was barely any scrambled eggs, no sausages, & the stock was running low on a lot of things when they seemed to be busy. Will not be returning to this hotel."

Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, MA ★★★

"Tout était de la pointe. Nous ne pouvions pas nous demander une meilleure expérience de l'hôtel."

Howard Johnson by Wyndham Springfield ★★

Holiday Inn Express SPRINGFIELD DOWNTOWN by IHG ★★★

"La chambre et la salle de bains étaient très propres et spacieuses. L'atelier était propre, le petit déjeuner était super. L'ascenseur petit nous a fait giggle chaque fois 😂"

Newly Renovated 2 Floor Getaway ★★★

Marriott Springfield Downtown ★★★★

"It was a good location. Close to stores and downtown. Nice pool. The breakfast that was included was a yogurt, oatmeal, or cornflakes. We ordered from the menu and our breakfast was not included, so we ended up paying. The outlets on the night stands did not work. The heater was difficult to mess with. Maintenance had to come up and adjust. The maintenance guys was very nice and helpful. No microwave in the room. The only microwave was in the lobby store. That was a hassle. Didn't like that. Overall, it was an ok stay but need lots of adjustments. Staff was super friendly."

Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel ★★★★

"Very close to train and bus stations. The room is very spacious and clean. Staff were nice and will return if I have to stop by Springfield again."
