Ennco Resorts

Had a pleasant stay in Kashmir. Hotel Encco Resort is well located in Srinagar and is near to Lal Chowk being close to shopping, transport & sightseeing. Property is very well managed by Staff and rooms are superb. We enjoyed our stay.At last Food was very delicious too!!! I would highly recommend people to stay in Encco Resorts during their visit to Srinagar.

Overall, the hotel has a good property with potential. However, there's room for improvement, particularly in the food spread and taste, which could be enhanced. Additionally, the hotel staff could benefit from being more professional in their service delivery.

It looks all the reviews written here are paid or are of friends and relatives. My friend and his wife stayed here for 3 nights and are on the return journey to their home town and they had a horrific stay in this hotel. 1st day they found a total lack of service, no one at the reception to greet, no welcome drink, then onwards room with hard bed which left the back sore after the 1st night stay itself. Next morning, the breakfast was pathetic to say the least. They informed the travel company who requested for a room change and this is where the awesome service and hospitality of this hotel comes in. Without taking permission or waiting for the return of guests, the hotel staff packed the belongings and shifted everything to the other room. They knew that a lady was staying in the room and still they had the audacity to enter the room in the absence of guests, touch and pack their belongings. This is the most disastrous level of hospitality one can expect from a hotel. They had the guest’s number but no one bothered to give a call. I will request tripadvisor to have an option for 0 rating instead of starting from 1 for such hotels.
