Very enjoyable stay. Staff was pleasant and attentive to our needs. Meals were very good, and service was always with a smile. Room was nice, lots of sun. Location was very convenient, as we were visiting an ashram right around the corner. Mountains are stunning.

Food is good..staffs courteous.Near to Nishat garden and Dal Lake.Overall service and quick response from staffs are worth mentioning especially Altaf Bhai helped in every other requirements .Well located and well approached .restaurant is very nice

A wonderful place close to city hub Dal is at a walking distance Rooms are spacious and cozy staff is very courteous and helpful especially Altaf who helped us a lot in making my wife and daughter stay comfortable A must recommend for family trip

Four days syay experience with Kashmir Mahal Resorts. I & my family glad to say that Kashmir Mahal is a place which provide high level of comfort and services & homely feel. They are maintaining good standard of cleanliness. Rooms are good & provided all expected comfort e.g. hot water, full time electricity, 24 hrs help, TV, connectivity etc. Staffs are well ***nered, attentive sply. M/S Altaf, Ishfaq and few more. We stayed for 3 nights, in an interconnected premium heritage room, the stay was fabulous, the food served was very delicious. The cook was able to accommodate our choice of the next service too. Overall a very nice experience. Special thanks to Mr. Ishfaq, as he couriered one of ours precious watch we left in the room later.

Excellent hotel. Very good service. Rooms are very clean. Hotel Staffs are very cordial and very prompt in providing service. Their desert items are very delicious and staff working there is very hardworking. Overall, I can say that this hotel is best when you visit Dal lake in kashmir.

The stay was excellent, we enjoyed lot. Staff was very supportive infact Mr. Yasin , ***ager was very cooperative and made our stay comfortable. Hotel located near to Dal lake and Nishad bagh. Our children also enjoyed a lot and food was delicious and serves with variety

The stay at the Kashmir mahal was fantastic. The staff are simply fabulous, so cooperative and so hospitable. We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely no complaints about food, service and rooms. So perfect and hotel is budgetary. Love to be back here again.
