It has three bedrooms, a sunny patio garden to the rear, an enclosed courtyard which provides ample space for drying wetsuits and keeping surfboards, use of a good-sized dedicated parking space (an easy 7 -10 minute walk away), and a well equipped kitchen. Brantwood is ideal for a couple wishing to spread out, a family group or for two couples looking to share a good sized property.​ Brantwood is located just below the Tate gallery in St Ives and has immediate access to the beach. The shops and restaurants of St Ives are a short walk, while the renowned Porthmeor Beach café is just a few steps away. It is a perfect seaside holiday destination for any age group at any time of year. Brantwood is available is available for 7 day periods, starting Saturdays. It has a dedicated large parking space an easy 6-8 minutes walk from Brantwood.
