We stayed in a Platinum Lodge with a hot tub. The surroundings were beautiful, lovely to hear all of the birds singing and watching the squirrels run around. We didn't really use the onsite facilities so can really comment on those we did have a wander around though and everything looked clean and nice. We did book swimming at 7pm the night before and had no problem booking at this time, we cancelled our session as the time was no longer suitable for us the next day and no slots were available for other times so do recommend booking at 7pm the night before via the app. I miss the days when you didn't have to plan everything that's a personal opinion and not a negative on the site. Our lodge was beautiful, the tv's weren't smart tvs, we took a now to stick with us so we could watch Netflix and the WiFi on site was great. I also like how you didn't feel rammed in with lots of space around you. It was a great base to explore from and only a short drive from the main town of St Ives , Penzance and 30 mins drive from Lands End. The staff we did speak to were all helpful. I would definitely return there.

My family of 9 and myself enjoyed our stay here. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly and always went the extra mile to make us welcome. For anyone who wants to make memories to last a lifetime, you must visit here. Thank you for having us

We stayed four nights in this fantastic location from start to finish the staff were more than helpful, friendly amd very informative. The price was fantastic. We booked a gold Lodge and it was a real home from home, it was far better than we were expecting, warm and very cosy. It's central location meant we could easily get out and about to see everything we wanted to and more. We would without a doubt stay here again thank to all the team, for making our stay memorable, specially the reception team and Scott who was a fantastic bingo caller all round entertainer.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and both times it’s been a pleasure. The site is placed out of the way amongst peaceful and pleasant woodlands, with a swimming pool, outdoor tennis tables, a small park, and a woodland walk. The site is about 5-10 min drive to the beach (depending which one you want to go to) and there’s plenty of beaches in St Ives to walk along (even in windy/wet weather). It’s also only about 35 mins drive to the likes of St Michaels Mount, Minack Theatre, and some other fantastic days out. The first time we stayed in a gold lodge and it was in perfect condition. After staying in many a caravan/lodge, this one blew us away with the amount of storage and space! This time we stayed in the platinum 2-bed lodge with a Hot Tub and what a value for money! We did have a couple of teething issues but every time we spoke to someone they had a maintenance team within 30 mins - stellar service! The lodge was warm, well looked after, the hot tub wasn’t overlooked, and there was beyond enough space and storage for the four of us. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful - you really couldn’t ask for more (especially for what you pay). We’ve already booked again! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing holiday here. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The Ents team work incredibly hard to put on a full and varied programme for all ages. The Country Show was amazing and has to be seen. The accommodation and surroundings were beautiful and so peaceful. There are buses that stop at the entrance which take you to St Ives, Penzance and surrounding areas. Or the nearby train station will get you further afield. Our only gripe was the prices in the venue were a bit high. More people would probably use the venue if these were more reasonable. But, despite this, we would return as the whole holiday was very relaxing with great entertainment.

We stayed in a gold caravan over the May bank holiday weekend and had a great stay. This is an ideal sized site for children - there are amusements, a clubhouse, a shop, and a restaurant. The park is very well maintained and the lodges are well spread out so it doesn’t feel like you are right next to someone. There is also plenty of parking. We were particularly impressed with the staff, especially Kyle, who seemed to be incredibly hard working but also friendly and accommodating to our son who was desperate to get something from the ticket stall and he was super helpful. Thanks Kyle and everyone at the site - we will definitely be back!

We booked platinum and it didn't disappoint! Accommodation was great! A smashed TV on arrival was replaced with a brand new one. Lodge was clean, tidy and spacious. Facilities are dated. Bar is run down and over half the arcade doesn't work! Swimming was great, special mention to Gill the lifeguard who my kids adored. She went above and beyond, entertaining my son with stories after our booking. She also kept everyone in check to ensure the swimming pool was a fun and enjoyable experience. Evening entertainment for the kids was fun, we didn't stretch past the evening bingo. We had a great time, just further investment in the bar to match the quality would be great.

Great entertainment team especially stripey heather ,a smallish clubhouse but just right for us .stripey Dane was a great entertainer and had loads of enthusiasm. The only thing that would improve this site is a better pool .the pool has seen better days or a outdoor pool . But location is fantastic, bus links into at Ives so don't need the car .
