There are six provided chairs for the fire pit to cook s’mores or have some drinks, and there’s also a cornhole set that is stored in the laundry room for guests to enjoy outside! We simply ask that it’s returned to the box and to the laundry room after use 😊• TRASH: If any trash bins need to be taken out, there are two black trash cans & one blue recycling bin located outside along the side of the house. If needed, guests can bring the bins to the road for recycling pickup on Monday mornings & trash pickup on Wednesday mornings (approximately 7am). • MISCELLANEOUS: There is a white remote control in the kitchen that can be used to turn on/off the LED lights along to the top of the kitchen cupboards for added ambience, as well as a second remote located in the master bedroom to utilize the same lights behind the headboard. • MAINTENANCE: The yard is maintained by our landscaper that will be there for approximately 30 minutes every other Wednesday. • **DAMAGE DISCLOSURE:** Any damages incurred to the property and/or its contents including, but not limited to, smoking inside, clogged sink from food waste, clogged toilettes from flushing anything but toilettes paper, etc will be reported to VRBO & a damage claim will be filed.
