臨時説走就走，沒有提前做功課，晚上七點半從成都出發，在劍門關服務區定的酒店，沒有點開入住過客人的評論細看，光看分值高就直接下定了。凌晨一點半到酒店，當晚值班的是位清秀文靜的妹妹，當被告知電梯要10月才裝好投入使用的時候，我讓她給我換到矮的樓層，本來定的大床房在5樓，雙床房在3樓，價格是一樣。我帶的是容量達到96升的26寸行李箱還有一個手提運動包。妹妹好心，跟我一起把行李盤上了樓。以為接下來是能夠順心的休息，結果等我取出當夜所用物品，且把我家🐶餵了，衞生間洗澡和洗臉池都沒有熱水，那會兒已經凌晨2點，我實在沒力氣讓換房間，畢竟又得搬東西，想着説那就睡醒在洗，心頭還想是不是民宿熱水用的太陽能，無法24小時供應。第二天9點半起來，也沒熱水，電話給前台，得到的答覆是她通知民宿老闆。在我洗臉刷牙的時候，有位保潔大姐敲門告知我説讓我理解一下，已經叫人來修理。我説我等不到修好，我收拾好就要立即開車去蘭州。她的意思就是想讓我等到熱水來了洗漱好了再走。溝通中沒有一字提到補償方式，衹讓我理解一下，也理解她，畢竟沒辦法替老闆做決定，衹是傳達者。新開的民宿，燒熱水的設備就壞了，電梯還沒裝好，要等到10月份。理解老闆着急迎客的心情，但也請在民宿基礎設施正常運轉下才開張。退房的時候看到樓道間的地上鋪上的飲用水的紙箱，然後把用過的浴巾毛巾就就扔在紙箱子上面，新開的民宿地面牆面可都還是有大面的粉塵哦。攜寵入住收100的按金，退房無問題就會轉賬回個人微信。每年兩次往蘭州方向探親，從成都走的遲一天開不回去的話途徑武都都會下榻，之前帶🐶（22斤）去華住會旗下的漢庭跟前台説一聲也行的。這看到有寵物友好的民宿還是新開的想嘗試一下，結果花168塊純是吃苦受累的，武都區200塊含早的漢庭桔子宜必思更香。或許小城市連鎖品牌才更能保障客人的體驗。不過店主定位寵物友好肯定也是會有客人的，畢竟養金毛薩摩阿拉的寵主也不少，大型犬也衹有進寵物友好的酒店民宿
