Hôtels 2 étoiles à Shenzhen

The hostel is very neat and clean. It's location is also very good in city centre and very affordable price. The best part of this hostel is very quite. The host is so nice even he go with me to fix my Sim card problem. Highly Highly Recommended

L'hôtel est bien équipé, propre et propose des chambres spacieuses. De nombreux restaurants et le grand centre commercial Haiya Binfencheng se trouvent à proximité. La station de métro est à quelques minutes à pied, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. Le prix est raisonnable et le rapport qualité-prix excellent. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Après avoir comparé de nombreux hôtels, j'ai finalement opté pour celui-ci, et je ne l'ai pas regretté. L'hôtel est situé juste à côté du planétarium et la plage n° 2 est à seulement 8 minutes à pied. On trouve des supérettes et des restaurants au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien rangée, avec des toilettes modernes dans la salle de bain et des produits de toilette jetables de très bonne qualité. L'observatoire est à seulement 8 minutes en voiture et, comme il n'y a pas beaucoup de bâtiments derrière, le toit-terrasse est idéal pour observer les étoiles. La réceptionniste était également très aimable et serviable, elle m'a même aidée avec mes bagages. En résumé, un excellent séjour à l'hôtel.

Les installations et l'emplacement sont très idéaux. Bon vue et chambre propre. Près de la rue de la piétonne. Xiao Pan notre check-in dans le gestionnaire est très gentil et utile. Très jolie personne et nous a aidé avec nos besoins quotidiens. Je recommanderais certainement à quiconque de rester ici.

Ce que vous obtenez va selon le prix que je pense. Rien de glamour et de propreté n'est pas excellent. Mon confort avait les cheveux de l'invité précédente. Mais encore, c'est très bon marché. Je recommande pour un court séjour. The location is great. When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible. The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door. When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed. When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also. The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay. I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night. However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place. Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors. Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette. Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me. The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.

Superbe hôtel avec une belle vue sur la ville, pas évident à trouver il faut se rendre au 24eme étage pour la réception. Mais pour le prix c’est génial, je reviendrais sûrement quand je serai de passage à Shenzhen

This is a honest review about Jufuyuan Apartment. The location is around 10 minutes away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street and the grocery store but there is a 24/7 convenience store located downstairs. Upon check in I asked the lady boss why there was no sofa compared to the pictures on the website as she told me different rooms have different layouts. There was a problem with the AC on the living area that is why the guy boss had to adjust the room temperature for us to sleep comfortably. It can sleep 4 people as we were billeted on the 31st floor. The guy boss was so kind as to help me order items from taobao as I needed to order items from the app and my alipay wont connect to the taibao app that is why I asked him to use his app and he ordered for me. He also helped me to look for a key duplicating store on the last day as I stayed there for 5 days. But I can't say much about the lady boss(his wife) as we asked her for help on the last day to book a didi taxi since I don't know how to use the app. She didn't help me and told me to ask someone downstairs to book it yet the guard didn't know how to either. We can speak mandarin but I find the attitude of the lady boss not so good compared to his husband who was so kind to help me out. Good thing a taxi stopped by and we were able to catch a ride to the port going back to HK. It was raining then so we had to take a taxi back to the port. Location wise it is okay if youre not with seniors as my parents had a hard time going to the Pedestrian street(30 mins walk from them). There was typhoon for 2 days so we didn't go out. My parents were sick but the good thing is there was a hospital in front and a pharmacy besides it, wherein I bought medicines and food for them. Subway is around 200 meters but you need to carry your stuff going down as there was no escalator going down only up. 4 Restaurants were across the apartment. There were several small roaches that they really need to disinfect the room as I saw them crawling on the wall. Most units then were not occupied as it was lean season but saw some units have a balcony wherein ours didn't have any. If not for the kindness of the guy boss I would say I still had a pleasant experience staying there. The apartment is more of an Airbnb type that you have to provide everything. No water or tea was provided during our stay. There was a washing machine besides the bathroom which helped us to wash our clothes when we were there.

Третий раз останаыливаюсь здесь. Ощущение, будто ты дома. Комната маленькая, но удобства очень продуманные, всё есть: и стиральная машина, и чайник, и кондиционер, и стол, и стул, и шкаф, и всё стоит на своем месте, всё удобно. Рядом много дешевой и вкусной еды. Единственное, чем недоволен - это работой уборщицы. За неделю ни разу не было уборки номера, ни разу даже воду не принесли, приходилось просить самому. Во всех остальных отелях в Китае уборщица приходит каждый день, меняет полотенца, приносит 2 бутылки воды, салфетки, туалетную бумагу и т.п. Здесь всё надо просить. Но зато никто не побеспокоит, если любите поспать подольше. Несмотря на этот недостаток, я без раздумий остановлюсь здесь снова, здесь уютно.

Il y a deux longues tables pour manger, équipées d'un micro-ondes, de 4 toilettes, d'un distributeur d'eau, d'un sèche-cheveux, etc. La cuisine est rarement utilisée et il n'y a pas d'installations de soutien, vous devez donc apporter les vôtres. défaut: Il y a beaucoup de monde qui vit là et les choses dans la pièce sont disposées en désordre. Le stockage des bagages est gratuit pendant 4 heures et des frais de 10 yuans sont facturés pour plus d'une journée. Le réseau est parfois lent, surtout la nuit. Check-in : Le patron a envoyé un mot de passe pour entrer dans la chambre, mais la plateforme a envoyé un message et aucun service client n'a répondu à l'e-mail et au message, j'ai donc dû appeler, ce qui n'était pas très pratique.
