I was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour en famille ! Son emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes à pied du centre commercial Haiya et à proximité de la station de métro Xin'an Park, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. Une rue commerçante animée se trouve également à deux pas, offrant un large choix de restaurants et de boutiques. La chambre était propre et confortable, avec un matelas moelleux, une literie fraîche et tous les articles de toilette nécessaires. Le service à la réception était exceptionnellement attentionné et serviable, répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions et nous offrant un service impeccable. En résumé, une expérience fantastique ! Je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour !

Cette fois, j'ai emmené mes parents en voyage et tout le monde a été très satisfait de ce logement. La chambre est très confortable, grande et lumineuse, et l'environnement est très propre et n'a aucune odeur particulière. Le service de la dame à la réception était vraiment enthousiaste et patient, et la procédure d'enregistrement s'est déroulée rapidement. L'emplacement de cet hôtel est très pratique. Il y a une rangée de magasins d'alimentation en face de l'hôtel. Il est très proche de la station de métro Grand Théâtre (8 minutes). à la vieille rue de Dongmen. Vous pouvez également entreposer vos bagages à la réception après votre départ. Cet hôtel est vraiment rentable. Je continuerai à réserver cet hôtel la prochaine fois que je viendrai.

Aucune clé n'est requise pour la caution. J'ai rencontré des difficultés pour obtenir le remboursement. L'entrée au premier étage est gérée par une personne se trouvant à proximité. Le logement n'est pas aussi propre qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos. La salle de douche combinée aux toilettes est un peu surprenante. Ma chambre ne disposait ni d'oreiller ni de futon. Les arrivées tôt le matin ne sont pas possibles. Le personnel est aimable, mais il semble ignorer que les voyageurs étrangers maîtrisent la langue et la culture chinoises, utilisent Alipay et WeChat, et n'ont pas de téléphone ni de compte chinois. Par conséquent, ce logement convient mieux aux personnes parlant couramment le chinois ou aux voyageurs chinois. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Après avoir comparé de nombreux hôtels, j'ai finalement opté pour celui-ci, et je ne l'ai pas regretté. L'hôtel est situé juste à côté du planétarium et la plage n° 2 est à seulement 8 minutes à pied. On trouve des supérettes et des restaurants au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien rangée, avec des toilettes modernes dans la salle de bain et des produits de toilette jetables de très bonne qualité. L'observatoire est à seulement 8 minutes en voiture et, comme il n'y a pas beaucoup de bâtiments derrière, le toit-terrasse est idéal pour observer les étoiles. La réceptionniste était également très aimable et serviable, elle m'a même aidée avec mes bagages. En résumé, un excellent séjour à l'hôtel.

Je dois laisser un avis positif ! La chambre était grande et confortable, et l'équipement informatique était excellent. Le service était également super ! Les messieurs et les dames de la réception étaient très patients et leur attitude de service était impeccable ! Je le recommande vraiment ! L'emplacement est aussi très bon, à quelques pas de la sortie C de la station Laojie. Mais la sortie E de Hubei est peut-être encore plus proche. Le seul inconvénient de cet hôtel est que la livraison de nourriture ne peut pas monter à l'étage, il faut descendre la chercher soi-même (｡ ́︿ ̀｡) Si seulement ils pouvaient s'arranger avec la direction pour que la livraison monte, ce serait parfait !

L'hébergement est sur le terrain de l'immeuble, vous pouvez visiter le paysage nocturne dans la zone de Shenzhen Nan Mountain. Il y a un bureau de restaurant à l'extérieur de la chambre, un vent confortable à la nuit. La chambre est conçue de façon simple, l'électricité est complète, il y a des bougies de neige, des micro-ondes, des bougies électriques à chaud, etc. Les chambres climatisées sont suffisantes. La chambre à coucher est propre, le cadre est remplacé par le vêtement. La salle de bains extérieure est équipée d'un lave-linge et d'un sec. Recommander des logements économiques individuels ou doubles.

This is a honest review about Jufuyuan Apartment. The location is around 10 minutes away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street and the grocery store but there is a 24/7 convenience store located downstairs. Upon check in I asked the lady boss why there was no sofa compared to the pictures on the website as she told me different rooms have different layouts. There was a problem with the AC on the living area that is why the guy boss had to adjust the room temperature for us to sleep comfortably. It can sleep 4 people as we were billeted on the 31st floor. The guy boss was so kind as to help me order items from taobao as I needed to order items from the app and my alipay wont connect to the taibao app that is why I asked him to use his app and he ordered for me. He also helped me to look for a key duplicating store on the last day as I stayed there for 5 days. But I can't say much about the lady boss(his wife) as we asked her for help on the last day to book a didi taxi since I don't know how to use the app. She didn't help me and told me to ask someone downstairs to book it yet the guard didn't know how to either. We can speak mandarin but I find the attitude of the lady boss not so good compared to his husband who was so kind to help me out. Good thing a taxi stopped by and we were able to catch a ride to the port going back to HK. It was raining then so we had to take a taxi back to the port. Location wise it is okay if youre not with seniors as my parents had a hard time going to the Pedestrian street(30 mins walk from them). There was typhoon for 2 days so we didn't go out. My parents were sick but the good thing is there was a hospital in front and a pharmacy besides it, wherein I bought medicines and food for them. Subway is around 200 meters but you need to carry your stuff going down as there was no escalator going down only up. 4 Restaurants were across the apartment. There were several small roaches that they really need to disinfect the room as I saw them crawling on the wall. Most units then were not occupied as it was lean season but saw some units have a balcony wherein ours didn't have any. If not for the kindness of the guy boss I would say I still had a pleasant experience staying there. The apartment is more of an Airbnb type that you have to provide everything. No water or tea was provided during our stay. There was a washing machine besides the bathroom which helped us to wash our clothes when we were there.

Lu Muo is a one of a kind customer service agent. She is super fast to answer, very polite and shows that she cares about the customer. Pillows are very fat 😁, blankets are very cozy, beds have brand new outlet sockets, LED with warm and cold options, vending machine inside the hostel with snacks, meat, drinks. Incredible location. Very safe building and super safe area. literally more than 30 places to eat/coffee in 300 meters radius. some open until 3 am, so 24 hours. Super safe neighbourhood. 🇨🇳⛩️♥️
