This is a home away from home, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi detached house with a shared pool and laundry services. Situated in central Catarina you are 2 minutes walk from the mirador and the local bars and restaurants.This is a traditional Nicaraguan town that over looks the Laguna de Apoyo, with cool refreshing breezes from the Laguna as well as magnificent views it is always a refreshing place to visit. The town is filled with beautiful gardens, artisan craft vendors, small family run stores, bars and restaurants and beautiful scenery and wildlife to while away your time when you are here. Situated on the rim of a crater volcano 527m above sea level, so whilst having almost 365 days of sunshine it is also cooler than many areas in Nicaragua.
