We love staying at Ashley Brooke! This is a small business and the owner is on the premises. He is very laid back but also takes care of business promptly. He supplies guests with all you would need to walk to the beach (one block away), including umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, towels and a cart to carry it with! He also includes a self service cooler of bottled water. The pool is larger than most hotels and gets great sunshine. Rooms are bright and well maintained, although upgrading air conditioners to split units would cut down on noise. The kitchen is totally usable for making light meals. We had breakfast in our rooms and coffee every morning and also kept our snacks and ice cream for evenings. Publix is a short car ride away for groceries if you want to go that way. You can also walk to the restaurants from the hotel. Such a great laid back vibe here- we will be back again!

Overall it was only ok. The blinds have missing parts everywhere. Due to that we changed our assigned room, you could have seen us sleeping from outside. The windows are kind of sealed so that you can’t open them. This was a huge problem in the bathroom because of the missing exhaust. The beds are great and you have a lot of space in the room. The cookware should be changed, the pot and pan have massively scratches and are of poor quality. There is no in-room housekeeping. You can go to the office and get new towels or toiletries but no in-room housekeeping during our stay of three nights. I don’t need new towels every day but after beach days the room needs a cleaning. They call themselves a hotel, so a basic cleaning service should be done. Additional 10$ for parking each day.

I really enjoyed my stay at Avid Hotel in Fort Lauderdale! The hotel has a clean, minimalist style that feels modern and refreshing. One of my favorite features was the 24-hour tea and coffee bar—such a nice touch! The breakfast selection was great too, especially the inclusion of yogurt, peanut butter, and other healthier options. My room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with anything I needed. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Great location. Super super friendly staff. All of them at the desk. Rooms need to be renovated. Smells old. But for the price you get wat you pay for

L'hôtel était à une distance de l'aéroport d'Hollywood, mais quand j'ai appelé et demandé un transbordeur, un chauffeur est venu dans 20 minutes pour me prendre. Il m'a donné des directions plutôt mauvaises pour le rencontrer, donc je l'ai attendu et je l'ai écrit en dehors et sur pendant 20 minutes avant que je ne soit en fait prise. Je ne connaissais pas l'aéroport, donc j'ai fait le meilleur que je pouvais avec mes deux bagages. Une fois à l'hôtel, j'avais payé pour une chambre avec deux lits de reine, mais il m'a dit à la dame du bureau que j'avais vraiment préféré un lit roi.Elle m'a dit qu'elle ne pouvait pas changer la chambre parce que j'avais payé par un tiers.Le gestionnaire m'a offert d'aider avec mon bagage et moi. Il a été très gentil et m'a placé dans une chambre tranquille avec un lit de taille royale au dos de l'hôtel. J'ai enfin dormi après un long vol. Il y a un restaurant dans les locaux, mais la seule chose que je pouvais vraiment commander dans la catégorie sandwich était un délicieux, gros hamburger qui a pris plus de 35 minutes pour servir. Il y avait un comédien dans la prochaine chambre qui n'était pas drôle et seulement trois autres personnes La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était spacieuse, toutes les lumières fonctionnaient et le lit était confortable. Je ne peux vraiment pas recommander cet hôtel de bonne foi après toutes les inconveniences que j'ai endurées. En raison de tous les inconvénients après un long voyage à San Diego, je ne peux vraiment pas recommander cet hôtel de bonne foi.

During our trip through Florida, we had the pleasure of staying one night at the Ocean Reef Hotel, and it was truly a great experience. Upon arrival, we found the reception closed, but it wasn’t long before a very friendly lady came to assist us with check-in. She had just gone out to grab a bite to eat, which is completely understandable – everyone needs food! Once we got to our hotel room, we were pleased to find it clean, well-maintained, and above average in size. Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, what mattered most was that the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless. After checking in, we went out for a meal, but upon returning, we discovered that the parking lot was nearly full, making it difficult to find a spot. Without even needing to ask, a very helpful staff member on the night shift immediately resolved the issue by assigning us a great parking space near the entrance. This thoughtful service made a huge difference. Throughout the night, this gentleman also conducted a round of checks, which gave us a great sense of security. The hotel itself was quiet, and we had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities, including the toilet and shower, were also impeccably clean. In the morning, when we checked out, the same lady who helped us with check-in was there again, and once more, we were greeted with kindness and a friendly smile. This hotel is definitely a place I would return to during a Florida road trip. I highly recommend it and want to thank the staff for their excellent care. It’s absolutely a place to revisit.

Location was beautiful & the room was to my liking but I absolutely believe that my experience could’ve been better. Before booking, I called to confirm if early check-in at 6:00 a.m. was available and was told it could be accommodated for an additional fee. I booked through Trip.com based on that information. When I arrived around 6:00 a.m., the front desk agent, Keisha, was extremely unwelcoming and nonchalant. After explaining that I had called ahead, there was no compassion, no apology and no effort to help. Had I known this, I would have stayed elsewhere. It wasn’t until I started calling other hotels to accommodate me that she finally decided to check room availability. She made it up in the last but After a long flight, this was very disappointing; especially for my first stay. If you have an early flight and your reservation does not have a “early check in” note, go elsewhere! Chances are less that I will return. Service: 1/10 Rooms: 8/10 Overall experience 7/10

Il suffit de passer une nuit comme je passe chez nous pour une urgence, mais si vous avez besoin de plus de maintenance pour que votre séjour soit un peu mieux. Et mettre à jour la climatisation.
