Hôtels 2 étoiles à Comte de Hamilton

The hotel had everything we needed and the food was ok. We were there for a night. Had everything we needed. Would come again if we're in the area.

Le site est très propre et très proche des attractions touristiques comme la chute de Ruby. Le personnel a été très utile lors de l'entrée et lors de l'extraction, nous avons laissé un objet dans la chambre par accident.

Room was clean….. front desk was fast and efficient for checking in and out! Conveniently close to Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain. Nice pool and complementary breakfast.

Excellente expérience et bon prix à Econo. L'hôtel est propre et désire le prix!! Le bureau frontal est amiable! Joyeux Noël!!!

Would have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞 But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍 Everything was clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍 We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

Notre première chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée et le lit n'avait pas été fait. La deuxième chambre avait apparemment été précédemment louée à un fumeur. L'odeur était envahissante. Notre troisième chambre avait une odeur désagréable mais, à ce moment-là, nous étions prêts à abandonner. Nous avons accepté la chambre et avons passé la nuit. Le petit déjeuner continental était fermé en raison du Coronavirus. Au lieu de cela, on nous a donné un sac avec un muffin, une coupe de fruits, une barre de céréales et une bouteille d'eau. C'était notre 4ème séjour dans cet hôtel. Nos expériences précédentes avaient été excellentes. Cependant, nous chercherons d'autres hébergements à l'avenir.

The room was clean for the most part (the price we paid, you can't expect it to be spotless). The stay was okay, our air-conditioner didnt work and we were so tired the first nignt, we didnt say anything. We got up and left, spending most of the day out. When we got back, we still didnt say anything about the air not working. However, on the 3rd day we did mention it to the guy up front. He offered to change rooms but we declined since we only had one more night left. The guy returned to our room with a box fan for us! Very sweet gesture and we gladly accepted. I always clean up after myself before leaving so they don't have as much of a mess to clean. It was a $50 deposit at check-in with the statement it could be 4-6 weeks before its issued back. We recieved the deposit back the same day, a few hours after leaving. Again, it isnt a luxury high-end place but it was worth the price paid and a very friendly front desk worker!

I thought the front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The check in and out was super quick and easy. The breakfast was minimal, but good. They have a waffle maker, some cereal, yogurt, toast, coffee and juice. We were happy with it! And we swam in the pool which was small, but nice! It was a good location- about 10 minutes from downtown and easy to get on and off the highway from. I will say the hotel is a little run-down looking, especially our carpet in our room, but it was ok! The TV worked and had enough channels and the beds were comfortable. For the price, it was worth it, I'd say!

Nous avons visité le week-end de Valentine, a été en mesure de check-in à 2h. Chambre propre et agréable. Douche était étonnante et propre. Seule la plainte est que nous aurions pu utiliser 4 pillows au lieu de 3.

They accept guests 18+, which was the main reason to book it for my son, college student. The breakfast was pretty good, and the hotel was pretty clean. So, I would say it's the best hotel for the prica in the area
