Whether you are coming to the Poconos to relax with family/friends or take in the popular nearby attractions, this is the property to book.The living room offers an extremely comfortable power-recliner sectional with seating for 6, perfectly situated in front of a wood fireplace and a 55 inch tv that is pre-loaded with Netflix and Disney + to stream at your convenience.Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, cups, plates, silverware, toaster, and a blender. Mini Keurig is also available to use to enjoy your favorite K-cups.The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed and private balcony that overlooks the backyard. There is also a workplace with desk, chair, and work light.Loft area is equipped with a futon and a variety of family friendly board games. On the wall is a mounted Pac-man arcade, magnetic darts, deer pong, and a 55 inch Tv to enjoy. Netflix and Disney + are also available to stream as well.In the summer months, enjoy the weather rain/shine on the partially covered outdoor deck equipped with a patio furniture. The deck lights can be turned on to set the perfect mood throughout the night. Citronella candles are avaliable to help guest keep mosquitoes at bay. In the backyard, six chairs surround a fire pit with a perfect view of the stars. Mosquito repellent is recommended. Firewood is not provided.The Winter months are an absolute delight. The property is equipped with a pellet stove that keeps guest and the entire house warm and cozy, even when the Pocono weather drops to single digits. This newly renovated beautiful townhouse is a home away from home. 2 bedroom 2 full bath townhouse with jacuzzi room is located in a quite community and is suitable for up to 6 guests. Additionally, Master bedroom has a crib for our young guests (you would need to bring your own crib sheets and blanket). Password code lock allows for easy check-in/check-out and each guest to have access to the property independent of each other. The first floor has an open floor plan connecting kitchen, dining room and living room. You can relax in the living room next to the fireplace watching TV, or stream through your favorite player, or listen to your favorite tunes . Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, dishware and utensils, all you need is groceries and some magic to make any meal. Coffee lovers will find a traditional coffee machine along with the Keurig single-cup machine. Dining room is suitable for up 6 people. We have a high chair, booster seat and kids plates and utensils for the little once, if needed. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size crib* for our young guests. It has a direct access to the jacuzzi room and a large Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the shower. Second bedroom features two bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full) with a private full size bathroom.Linens and towels are provided. *You will need to bring your own crib sheets and baby blanket.The house is stocked with everything, you would only need to bring (or purchase in the nearby supermarket) your own toiletries, if needed. The house also has Washer and Dryer for your use, just bring your own detergent.Parking for 2 cars is conveniently located directly by the front entrance making loading and unloading a breeze.
