Hôtels 2 étoiles à Comte de Saint Johns

We stayed at this venue for two nights for our trip to St. Augustine. The hotel was very clean and had been recently updated. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. We immediately felt comfortable there. On the first day, we went to breakfast at 9:30. There were no egg products available and a couple of bits of sausage. There were NO FORKS!!! We spoke to the person who oversaw the breakfast and she apologized and said there were no forks. I complained to the front desk and they agreed to take the parking charge ($20/day) from our bill. The following day, the breakfast was fully stocked, even forks! This hotel is a gem. Close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Great customer service. Rick was friendly, funny and helpful. Had a good sleep on the beds. Evening social hour, snacks,& refreshments were nice. Breakfast quiche was delicious! Very nice breakfast served,& view of water, awesome! I have two suggestions that would make my rating a 5.  The floors in our room were dirty enough to make my sisters new, clean, white socks black.  The tv remote fell behind the dresser/ refrigerator console. When I slid it away from the wall to retrieve the remote, it was pretty dirty back there. Shower may have been clean, but maybe due to the brown grout, appeared dirty.  We were questioning the cleanliness, after seeing my sister’s socks,& chose not to use the shower .😬 As a suggestion, putting some type of reflective tape, paint or lighting at the different step elevations . ( my 83 yr old brother in law missed the step, leading to our parked car, and fell, getting pretty banged up). Overall, despite the negative observations,  we enjoyed our stay, the location,& would stay here again.

The staff at Comfort Suites were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and I loved that there was a separate lounge area. Breakfast was also included and there was a decent range of food. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend

Le petit déjeuner était bon et la situation était parfaite ! Aime comment vous pouvez simplement ouvrir votre porte et voir/écouter l'océan ! Aime regarder le soleil à partir du balcon !

Chambre récemment refaite avec une belle douche mais la clim se prend pour un Boeing au decollage et il est impératif d’avoir des boules Quies… Nous en avions donc nous avons pu dormir a peu pres correctement. Sinon l’emplacement est ideal et le rapport qualité prix est correct.

Le rack de linge de la robe était au-dessus du réfrigérateur et pas amicaux pour les vêtements adultes, plus comme les vêtements de petits enfants. très ridicule.  J'avais jeté de l'eau sur le sol et je l'ai éliminé ...le sol était plié. Pas beaucoup de pression d'eau dans la salle de bains. La douche était bonne. La chambre est belle. Lorsque j'ai appelé 2 fois sur la piscine si elle était intérieure ou hors, ils ont dit intérieur ...REAL! C'est une piscine extérieure, et vous pouvez la voir à partir de la fenêtre de bureau. Hôtel est WAY sur prix! Ils nous ont hébergés et nous ont mis au 1er étage, car il n'y a pas d'ascenseurs. Oui, nous étions là depuis Déc. 20-22 et réservés mois d'avance. ne y aller jamais plus.

GREAT location for beach goers!  Great price for those who want to spend their money doing things rather than the hotel. We’ve been there 4 years in a row for vacation!

Nice stay. We had a queen room at the back of the building, so it was relatively quiet. Not a large room, but spacious enough for my husband and I. The rooms are renovated to update an old motel and they did a good job with the theme of the pink tropical flamingo to lean into that retro esthetic. Shower was nice. Only downside was that the room had a bit of a musty smell. When we arrived the sheets were damp. Not sure of it was high humidity which caused it, but we contacted the support staff and they resolved it promptly, having the on-site housekeeping staff bring new sheets. There is also a dehumidifier in the room, so it does seem like something they are addressing. Was also excited about the coffee machine in the lounge room as other reviews had noted for a quick cup of decent coffee on the go. I was satisfied with the fresh espresso, but my husband was a little disappointed that their machine wasn't making the milk based drinks properly (probably out of milk for the days we were there?) And had to use artificial milk/creamer instead. All and all a 4/5 stars stay.

Le service était bon, ma télévision n'a pas fonctionné mais le gars de la réception a apporté un remplacement dans les minutes. Le petit déjeuner était inattendu, tout en plastique et le choix était limité, mais le café était super. Je reviendrai, j'espère pas, mais si je le faisais, ce n'est pas le pire endroit que j'ai jamais resté.

La chambre était calme. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas comme il semble, mais plus un continent avec toast et céréales.
