Pros: - decent location; about 7mins walk from the Antwerp Centraal, and 2mins from Flixbus busstop, though in a relatively quiet corner. - they have a small common dining area on the ground floor with microwave, fridge, kettle and vending machines selling snacks and coffee. the coffee machine needs some upkeeping though, and the snacks vending machine was done during our period of stay. Cons: - if you stay on the lower level floors be prepared to keep your curtains closed - the whole room can be seen clearly from outside the hotel. - room has everything you need but can't help feeling like it's hollow, barren and empty; there's barely any interior works done to the room. - no kettle in the room and you will need to deposit 10euros to borrow one.

The location Is near the centre and has been renovated recently, in the room there is a coffeemaker and a teapot the complimentary tea and coffee are of a good brand. On top of that there is a discount for the bakery nearby

Het was een erg mooi hotel met ruime kamers, direct bij de grote markt en de winkelstraten waren maar een klein stukje lopen!

Appartement and Hotel style stay in the Dockland neighborhood of Antwerp. About 20min with public transport very close by around the corner of Hotel and plenty of city bicycle and e-stepper options to move around. My check in experience was efficient and friendly making me feel welcome. The Hotel has a clean and tidy all over appearance and my room #306 had a spacious feel and a good size double bed. NO AIRCO!! That was one major minus point for me, the Hotel does provide ventilators but during a heat wave it was not enough to feel comfortable. The Hotel has no ”Do not Disturb” door signs which resulted in Housekeeping entering without knocking on door. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist.

Chambre superbe, bon oreiller et bonne literie. Avec toutefois, une toute petite bébête qui est venu me piquer les Pole à plusieurs reprises et qui qui a laissé la vie. Personnel fort sympathique, Attention, au restaurant, c’est bon, mais c’est pas donné, il faut compter un peu plus de 20 € pour une simple assiette. J’ai remarqué quand même un lavabo légèrement bouché en Chambre, 431, sinon très bon séjour dans l’ensemble

J'ai essayé de commander le service de chambre. Le service était mauvais et me répétait que rien n'était disponible à part les frites. J'ai ensuite commandé des frites mais elles n'ont jamais été livrées. Le réseau était mauvais et je ne pouvais donc pas me connecter à Internet dans la chambre.

À 6 minutes à pied de la gare centrale et à 12 minutes à pied de la cathédrale et de la place principale. Très central. Je n'ai pas eu besoin d'un trajet en bus lors de ma visite. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil --- le grand homme blanc à la réception (dont j'ai oublié de demander le nom) était très gentil et serviable, m'aidant à résoudre tous les problèmes en douceur. La dame à la réception était également très gentille et m'a donné ma chambre avant l'heure d'enregistrement, car la chambre était disponible à ce moment-là. La chambre avait tout comme promis. Tout est parfait ! Quel délicieux séjour ! Hautement recommandé!

Check out time 10 o clock, is not good,I requested but she Elizabeth rejected my request very roude you must be leave before 10 .in this situation I m not happy , normally check out time 12 o clock , advertising free parking thay lying no parking available in the promises.i parked paid parking on the road. In the kitchen no tea kettle.

Le centre-ville est situé à quelques minutes à pied de la ville, avec un four, un accès Wi-Fi et plusieurs lits. Il y a aussi beaucoup de bars et de restaurants à proximité, et il n'est pas aussi bruyant que certains commentaires suggèrent. Il y a quelques choses à améliorer. Le check-in est un peu inconvenant car vous devez marcher environ 17 minutes pour obtenir la clé le processus pourrait être moins douloureux pour les invités. L'eau chaude n'était pas en service pendant mon séjour, et la propreté, n'était pas le point le plus fort.
