Lieu très pratique. La valeur CP est très élevée Il y a des magasins de masse spécialisés, et le Mall et la banque sont également à proximité. Le goût de la décoration du nouveau hôtel est évident. Mais le service du personnel est très gentil et il est recommandé de séjourner.

Bonne hospitalité, employés sympathiques et serviables, délicieux petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, chambres propres et bien rangées, salles de réunion confortables, piscine propre, service avec l'hospitalité indonésienne. I stayed at Noormans Hotel Semarang for a 2-day business trip, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment after a full day of meetings. I especially appreciated the complete amenities, which made the stay convenient and hassle-free. With its good service and comfortable facilities, Noormans Hotel is a solid choice for business travelers. I’m happy to give it a 4.5 out of 5 and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Semarang.

Our stay at Manon Boutique Hotel Semarang was a mix of pleasant surprises and a few frustrating moments. First, the good things. Since the hotel lobby isn't located on the ground level, the security staff was very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were also quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the bathroom could use some attention. The shower drain didn't drain properly, leaving water pooling on the floor and making the shower area a bit slippery. The shower pressure was also quite weak, so it took quite a while to rinse off. The hot water worked, but it was only warm rather than genuinely hot. Another thing that caught us off guard was our room window. The room had a window, but instead of a view or natural light, it faced another wall. We had a little laugh when we opened the curtains because we weren't expecting that. I suppose it's there to make the room feel less enclosed, but don't expect any morning sunshine. The most confusing part of our stay was the breakfast arrangement. The night before checkout, my husband asked whether we could have our breakfast packed to go since we planned to leave very early. The hotel staff initially told us it wasn't possible. Later that evening, however, someone from the restaurant informed us that takeaway breakfast could indeed be arranged, so we thought everything had been settled. The next morning, my husband checked with the receptionist, who had no idea about our breakfast request. He then went to the restaurant, where they also seemed unaware. After returning to our room and calling the restaurant directly, they finally prepared our breakfast. We still have no idea where the miscommunication happened, but fortunately we had already decided to cancel our early morning plan. Otherwise, we probably would have left without breakfast. We also weren't informed about takeaway drinks, and by then we were simply too tired to ask. Thankfully, the breakfast itself made up for a lot. The Monte Cristo Bliss sandwich was absolutely fantastic and easily the highlight of our stay. Would we come back? Maybe—for the Monte Cristo Bliss alone. The hotel has many positives, but communication between the front desk and the restaurant definitely needs to be improved. With better coordination and a few maintenance fixes, the overall experience would have been much smoother.

La chambre est propre, la table est fraîche (ce qui est très important), et le lit est difficile et agréable de dormir sur. Amusez-vous très bien après une longue réunion de jour. Ils ont été très bien placés pour les ménages et les enfants.

What impressed me the most was the breakfast, which is why I sent the pictures while enjoying it. There were various meal options, and all of them were delicious. The room was fine; I didn’t take pictures, but it was clean, and I was very comfortable during my stay. The only downside was the heavy traffic and the distance from the city center, but overall, it was still a great value for the price.

My fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again. Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience. But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

The good thing about this hotel is their Housekeeping and Front Office staf are honest. When my nephew left his e-toll card in the room, the hotel staff kept it, and when we get back to this hotel, we ask for the e-toll card and they handed it back to us. But the food in the breakfast is awful. The toilet bowl is dirty. I don't think I will come and stay in this hotel again.

Tout d’abord, cet hôtel était très bon marché et je ne m’attendais donc pas à grand-chose. Il ressemble à un hôtel qui va fermer ou qui se prépare à une rénovation majeure. Tout a donc besoin d’un nettoyage en profondeur et d’un lifting. Cela dit, comme il est bon marché, il offre en fait un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel était très serviable, la chambre était sale mais assez agréable et le lit très confortable. J’ai été vraiment impressionné par la nourriture, nous avons dîné à l’hôtel et pris le petit-déjeuner, les deux étaient excellents. Si vous pouvez fermer les yeux sur la « fatigue », je recommanderais cet hôtel.
