샌프란시스코 여행 중 머무른 이 호텔은 정말 만족스러웠어요. 객실이 깨끗하고 뷰가 너무 좋아서 하루를 기분 좋게 시작할 수 있었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고, 위치가 좋아 주요 관광지로 이동하기 편리했습니다. 다음에도 다시 묵고 싶은 호텔이에요!

A côté du bureau de travail précédent, j'ai séjourné de nombreuses fois, l'halle a 24h Starbuck, le petit déjeuner est pratique, le parking est également pratique, à côté d'une entreprise de création, j'ai séjourné de nombreuses fois, le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé

La chambre est spacieuse. Les informations fournies n'étaient pas claires, ont été dites par courriel avant l'arrivée que le service de nettoyage quotidien sera fourni mais nous avons été sortis le premier jour et sont revenus sans nettoyage. La chambre qui nous a été donnée a reçu un drainage de douches, a dit à la réception de le réparer mais personne n'a fait rien après 2 jours de souvenirs. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon, très bon.

Room is big and clean. Kitchen has all the appliances and utilities you need. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, they forgot to fill my shampoo bottle, and breakfast was soso.

J'ai choisi de passer deux nuits ici pour être plus près de ma famille. J'ai opté pour une chambre avec vue sur mer et balcon. Dans l'ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix était excellent. La chambre était équipée d'un micro-ondes, ce qui était pratique. La salle de douche était un peu petite, mais séparée du lavabo, ce qui était très appréciable. Le parking était gratuit, ce qui était un plus. Du café et du thé étaient offerts dans le hall avant 11 h.

客室や場所、ホテルとしてのランクは良いのかもしれまんが、ホテル内で何も買っていないのに、なぜか私のカードから3ドルが引き落とされていました。その後のやり取りで返金されましたが、たった3ドルとは言え、何も買っていないのにも関わらず、個人のカードから勝手にお金が引き落とされている…こんな経験は初めてです。ましてや、世界的に名前の通っているヒルトンホテルで起こったので、ショックです。

This hotel was 90 percent booked with Central Valley skilled laborers. These people are the salt of the earth, talented, respectful, and hardworking. They get up early, devouring the free (hot) breakfast and go about their business. The management understands this and are on top of the situation, bringing new trays of crispy bacon before they ran out. The turkey sausage and softboiled eggs were cooked to perfection. Bagel and toast...juice and coffee all excellent quality, this free breakfast was unexpectedly good and appreciated by my wife and I. Our room was on the third floor, away from the elevators and near the stairway, just as we requested. Excellent mattress, easy to figure out TV remote and all appliances worked....amazing. The hot water was hot, and that's what we like... a nice hot shower with pressure and an adjustable shower head. The freeway is adjacent to the property, and yet the noise inside the room was minimal....open you door and the real world sound of the ”BayArea Worklife Shuffle” roars like a proud Lion. We will stay here again, so many choices for dinner in walking distance...In and Out, Chick-fil-A, Nations, Black Bear Diner, Burger King, along with some Indian and Middle Eastern places. Starbucks is a 4 minute walk with online ordering prioritized, with your drink and food items waiting for us when we headed out each morning (9 am)

Great location! Rooms are very big and comfortable. There is free parking as well.

Réservé dans une suite appartement de deux chambres, il y a deux chambres, chacune avec un lit double et une salle de bain, une cuisine et un salon au milieu, un four à micro-ondes avec un four à micro-ondes et une tasse, une assiette et de la vaisselle. Très approprié pour la vie de famille. Il y a un gros oiseau sur l'arbre à l'extérieur du petit balcon. Il y a beaucoup de yachts dans la petite baie. En marchant le long de la route avant à droite, il y a un restaurant allemand, les saucisses allemandes et la bière ont vraiment bon goût. Le petit déjeuner gratuit de l'hôtel est correct. Trois sortes de saucisses sont consommées par jour. Un jour, il y a des galettes de bacon, des saucisses, des céréales au lait, des gaufres maison et plusieurs sortes de confitures de pain. À l'origine, je voulais vivre à San Francisco, mais j'ai dit que les routes de la ville sont relativement hautes et basses, la ligne à sens unique est compliquée et le coût du stationnement est élevé. J'habite donc à Auckland. Il est pratique de conduire le pont d'Auckland à San Francisco pendant deux jours consécutifs. J'ai trouvé un magasin de nouilles de riz de Guilin à proximité le soir, et c'est tellement bon ! ! !

We encountered several issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience. On the first day, we had a minor disagreement with the housekeeping staff after requesting a second towel for our two-guest room, which had only been provided with one face towel. The cleaning staff member on the 4th floor argued with one of the guests rather than accommodating the simple request. The following day, we placed all used towels outside the door for collection, but no fresh towels were returned. When we inquired with another housekeeper, she explained that towels were likely still being laundered and might be available around 1 PM. We went fishing for the day and returned in the evening expecting to shower and clean up, but still had no towels. I reported the issue to the front desk, and ultimately we chose to leave approximately 20 hours early simply so we could go home and bathe. Despite this, we were charged the full rate for a room that had no air conditioning, no phone to contact the front desk, and where only 1 out of 5 ice machines was operational.
