Hôtels 3 étoiles à Jacksonville

I have always held holiday inn express LA California as the best in all of my world travels located close (provided airport transportation) airport, maybe? but within walking distance with side walks to a car rental we used. However, this Holiday In. Express has surpassed my California experience. Employees excellent at checkin. Anthony Joho who displays wonderful mutitaskiing skills, problem solving, and helpful to guests. Checkout 2women and Hispanic man superb also. All are over/beyond my exspections

While the views and vibes were good. The hotel staff presented great customer service. We were in town for a track meet and with early morning starts we were very disappointed that the advertised breakfast with we were given tickets for at check in wasn't available not even for one day of our stay. This was very inconvenient and there was no compensation offered or given.

Very nice hotel and stay. Just a few things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. First was the desk chair. It wasn't completely functional. The adjustment lever would get stuck if you tried to use it, so you were stuck with the chair in the current settings. Second was the coffee. For some reason, they only had 1 regular coffee and 3 decaffeinated coffees. Third, the hotel didn't clean the room on the second day. I was hoping they would provide additional coffee, sugars, and creamers, but they didn't come by at all. Everything else was outstanding. I loved the room I was in. The studio had a couch with a large swivel TV. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bathroom was clean, bright, and modern. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of hot options, which was great.

Très bien, les installations de l'hôtel sont relativement nouvelles, le service de la réception et le petit déjeuner sont très bons! Parce que vous oubliez de prendre les dents, il y a des conseils dans la chambre pour demander à la réception, sinon vous devez encore courir au supermarché pour acheter!!!

I can't say this enough. The staff is phenomenal. We had the same housekeeper over our 8 days, and Katrina was so caring and patient. She was genuinely interested in making sure my family had wat we needed. If I could change one thing, it would be.. adding meat to breakfast. The one thing I hoped for every day was bacon or sausage links, and that just wasn't there, but everything else was so delicious. I loved the variety of waffles. I hope we can enjoy the pool next time as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel as well. Thank you to all the employees we had the pleasure of meeting.

It was difficult to call the front desk due to the land line got zapped by lightning so we couldn't get picked up by shuttle from airport.  Other than that, the hotel was good.  We particularly enjoyed the pool with warm water.  There was a bistro in lobby that was opened until 10pm and you can also buy snacks and sandwiches at front desk 24hr.  We use the free shuttle service to airport at 5:30am and we were told they start shuttle service at 4am.

It is a beautiful facility and our room was no exception with very comfy beds (and pillows). All of the service we required and received during our visit was timely and offered with a smile. Breakfast was excellent as were the drinks in the lobby bar!!!

J'ai eu un grand temps la seule chose qui a dérangé mon séjour est la dame à la comptoir a dit que j'avais à mettre 20 dollars supplémentaires dans ma chambre pour les équipements et que si je ne charge pas quelque chose à la chambre, je reviendrais à mon argent dès que je suis sorti bien je suis sorti Et je les attends encore pour me donner mon argent.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon, le petit déjeuner était très bon. La dame qui faisait le petit déjeuner ce matin, elle a gardé tout en gardant très propre, je crois que son nom était LaShawna. Elle est très sortante et si mignonne. L'ensemble du personnel est magnifique. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable.

La ville est très bien située, mais elle est très bien située. Ils nous ont dit par téléphone que nous devrions rentrer après 14h pour l'inscrire, c'était alors 2h. À 14h, nous sommes revenus et n'avons trouvé personne après avoir envoyé un message de téx que nous avons enregistré.
