Hôtels 3 étoiles à Comte de Kent

Came for an overnight stay with my son to see a concert at GLC. Spoke with a Charveletta(spelling might be all wrong)! She was AMAZING!! We wanted an early check in since we were driving from 3 hours away and we wanted to relax before the concert. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, we are already looking for upcoming concerts to see so we can stay here again!

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great and tasty. The pool, gym and basketball court were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is a bit hidden though so it's not so easy to find.

Completely wonderful hotel. It almost feels like a 4 star hotel with the exquisite furnishings they used from the lobby, hall way, and the room. The location is fantastic as you have almost everything you need in walking distance such as restaurant, supermarket, departmental store, theatre.

This was a very nice hotel . Located in the center of the city access to most everything . Staff very pleasant . Room clean .

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My only complaint is that they do not serve breakfast until 6:30 AM. Many flights leave the airport at 8 o’clock, so I was unable to get the breakfast I had paid for.

Service was very good and informative. Location was excellent. The room was somewhat disappointing. It was manageable but it was separated by a corner, and the view was of a crumbling wall. The prime amenity we were looking forward to was the bar, which closed an hour prior to when we were told it would.

Très belle chambre. Quelle belle expérience. Les gens du bureau étaient aussi agréables. Tout autour, c'était une bonne expérience

L'hôtel est bon, calme et propre. C'est un peu peu d'options pour le petit déjeuner, 3 jours de séjour, le petit déjeuner ne peut pas satisfaire aux exigences de diversité

L'hôtel était bon pour aller au concert. La piscine et le tube chaud avaient des heures décentes. Seuls les plaintes n'avaient pas de café ou de serviettes réincorporées dans la chambre. Les murs étaient aussi un peu minces; pouvait entendre des conversations dans la salle de bains clairement et ne sentait pas qu'il y avait beaucoup de confidentialité à avoir dans la salle de bains

Service was very helpful. Since I was going to be arriving after hours, I was called with how to access the key card for my room. The highlighted map inside was great to find my room. I was a little nervous when I first arrived to the room, because the shades were open and a few lights as well as the TV were on. It made me feel like there was already someone in the room. I entered the room with my key and took a look around, but there was nobody there. The area where this hotel is located is nice. There is a lot of shopping and food areas nearby. The room was pretty clean, but it had a faint smell of smoke. One of the shades in the room by the door I couldn't see how to close them, so that made me nervous, because then you could see into the room, and when you look in that window it looks directly at the bed area. That made me feel slightly uncomfortable since I'm not familiar with the area.
