Hôtels 4 étoiles à Adélaïde

Good central city location and very clean, well equipped room with small cooktop and full range of appliances and cutlery /crockery. We only had a ”studio” room which was cheaper than others but still quite roomy with a table, bench and multiple chairs plus a large bed. The bathroom was also a decent size and had plenty of extras. Our room only had a view of a concrete wall opposite and while slightly disappointing the outlook wasn't the reason we stayed there. I spoke with half a dozen front desk staff across three days every one of whom was friendly, efficient and helpful. Well done hiring manager. Good free washing/drying machines in shared area on ground floor were a nice touch (I believe some of the more expensive rooms have their own). A fairly minor negative was the parking at a public car park across the road about half a block away ($30/day). While you can unload your luggage and passengers at the curb outside the Quesr, it's then a bit of a walk back for the driver if that's a concern for you. Overall a good place to stay and access city sights.

La chambre était généralement propre et le lit était fait mais le couvercle/la couvercle sentait un peu comme l'odeur du corps, donc je ne suis pas sûre si elle était bien nettoyée ou si elles n'ont pas changé toutes les feuilles/couvercles. En haut de cela, j'ai laissé un sac de chocolats de High dans le mini-frigo et oublié de les prendre quand j'ai vérifié. Je comprends si la moitié de la nourriture ou de la nourriture ouverte devait être jetée, mais ce sont des chocolats non ouverts que j'avais achetés comme cadeaux pour ma famille. Je pense que nous savons tous où ces chocolats sont finis. Très décevant!

This is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

Il est situé dans la zone calme de la CBD, une grande localisation CBD par tram ou pied. Cet endroit offre un parking gratuit, qui est une autre grande option. Facilités de base et propres, adaptées pour deux à trois nuits de séjour.

Grande chambre très fonctionnelle, à l'étage cuisine communautaire permettant à chacun d'entre nous de manger sur place, personnel absolument charmant et dévoué (m'a permis de récupérer mon téléphone oublié dans le bus), facilité d'entrée et de sortie, petit déjeuner dans un excellent restaurant à côté... bref tout est parfait dans cet hôtel. Et j'avais oublié aussi la localisation qui est extrêmement proche du centre-ville à pied.

We stayed at Franklin Apartments twice during our trip to Adelaide. The location is convenient with restaurants on Leigh Street to the north and China Town to the south both easily accessible within a 10 minute walk. It has a Rose Bagels restaurant on the Ground floor accessible from the lobby which is highly regarded and was taken over by new owners during our stay in November 2025. Entrance to the hotel is from Bentham street which has a few on street parking spots which are great if you can get them for free overnight parking. The apartments are spacious with a full kitchen, living/dining areas and laundry facilities. The first apartment we stayed at also had a separate study area which was great for getting some work done.

I didn't realise it was stair access only. This wasn't made obvious when I booked or I would have avoided it. Because I have 2 extremely bad knees and cannot do stairs this made it very hard for me. By the time I walked down to there, walked up the outside steps it was too late when I saw the inside steps to go back because my knees were done. Heater not working so by the time I realised this on the first night I physically wasn't able to walk back again. But when I reported this on Tuesday night there was instant action and the issue was resolved. Heater on, but it was VERY loud when running. Not much space to sit and relax. If there were 4 guests there is literally not enough room in the couch/fridge/tv area to accommodate. And one of the luxurious things about staying in a hotel room is sitting in bed and watching TV which is impossible here. It has been years since I've stayed in a hotel or motel room that does not supply shampoo/conditioner so this was a surprise. Fridge door jammed, had to push it hard to close.

As I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into. I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.

Stayed here over Christmas. Room had a kitchen - dishwasher, oven + microwave + washer dryer + balcony over looking convention centre. Lovely stay, comfy bed, quiet'ish - the toilet sounds like a water pump everytime it fills up. Bathroom/shower is a little dated but functional. Parking is 30$ per day (reasonably priced - unlimited entry during the stay) Overall a great stay!! Will definitely comeback!!!

Le centre de la terrasse du Nord, l'hôtel est très confortable. Il prend 15 m de l'aéroport par véhicule et seulement 5 m à la gare de tram et de tram à pied. Les équipements dans la chambre sont entièrement préparés et faciles à utiliser. Les seuls cons sont un mur de lavage mince, qui provoque un peu de bruit quand quelqu'un utilise le toilette.
