Very happy with my stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend and will come back to stay. Excellent location- conveniently located central downtown and walking distance to a lot of places. Within 10min walk to Crew Cafe, Complexe Desjardins, Underground City, Eatons, Notre Dame Basilica and many great restaurants such as Monarque. Amenities- great! The gym had decent equipment, there is an outdoor heated pool and a sauna. Lobby has a cafe and there is a restaurant and bar in building as well. Valet parking (in and out privilege) $48/night or self parking $35/night in same building. And a grocery store “Avril” just outside the hotel. Room- very clean and spacious! Modern design, includes slippers, very comfortable mattress with foam pillows. There is a mini bar fridge, electric kettle and a coffee machine. There is also a water dispenser in the hallway to refill your water bottles.

L'hôtel est bien situé, près de l'autoroute, ce qui rend les déplacements en voiture très pratiques. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, et les équipements sont relativement neufs. Cependant, l'entretien des équipements de la salle de bain est moyen, et le ventilateur d'extraction est un peu bruyant. Le petit-déjeuner est un buffet occidental traditionnel, très bon. Il faut environ 30 minutes en voiture pour rejoindre le centre-ville, mais l'autoroute est souvent embouteillée. La nouvelle station de métro, plus proche, est la meilleure option pour se rendre en ville. Cet hôtel offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, idéal pour les voyages d'affaires courts ou les séjours de loisirs.

I recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free. We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch. The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

L'hôtel est très bien situé et l'expérience globale a dépassé mes attentes. La chambre était propre, sans aucune odeur, la literie était douce et l'insonorisation excellente. L'enregistrement à la réception a été rapide et le personnel était chaleureux et attentionné. L'emplacement est pratique, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité, et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Je choisirai cet hôtel pour mon prochain voyage.

Location good and clean. But reception lady was impolite, seems not happy working there or do not like you not speaking French, never smile n the attitude do not respect to customers. I requesting to add hotel members no, she said no benefits received even update for me, and don’t want to do it, like please do not bother me. But when I checked in Marriott in falls n Toronto before going to Montreal, they both asked me the number n do it for me even no benefits if I booked through trip.com, both Marriott staff service are super nice n professional. They both asked me not requesting by myself. And the cleaning lady knocked my door for cleaning at 10am on the day I checked out, it was strange as they should check my check out day and don’t bother me for cleaning. I requested a slippers and they said they are out of stock n will send me when available, I stay 3 nights but no one comes back . Disappointed service in such price, will not stay again.

It was our 5th or 6th time at this hotel We choose this hotel due its location near our family. We had two big rooms one was great as they upgraded us for free to a suite, the other was on Décarie which is a pretty noisy main highway, they moved us to our request to a side room which still bordered on Décarie, could only sleep with earplugs. What ever you do ask for room facing the back of the Hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast buffet was mediocre but sufficient and due to previous experience we new what do expect. There is a supermarket and Starbucks near by which upgrades the experience. Most likely will return again.

Amazing property and location. Room is spacious, comes with mini fridge and espresso maker. Bathroom is modern and clean, and great water pressure. There is filtered water and ice machine combo in each floor which is super nice, and convenient. In the middle of Old Montreal, on a quiet street, and close to public transport. I will definitely be back here next time I am in Montreal.

L'emplacement est excellent. Le plus important, c'est que le service de Ctrip est exceptionnel. Lors de ce voyage, j'avais fait des réservations sur plusieurs plateformes. En raison d'annulations de vols, il y a eu de nombreux rebondissements. Comparé à la réactivité et aux résultats de traitement des autres plateformes, Ctrip a vraiment pensé aux clients et a activement résolu les problèmes. Après cette expérience, je ne choisirai plus que Ctrip.

Avant l'enregistrement, nous avons dû payer l'acompte par e-mail. L'enregistrement a été un peu compliqué. Il n'y avait pas de réception et personne ne répondait au téléphone. J'ai finalement réussi à joindre l'hôtel par SMS, ce qui est fastidieux sans numéro de téléphone local. Un serveur attendait à la porte pour me remettre la carte de la chambre. La chambre était bien équipée et neuve, mais il n'y avait pas de rideaux dans le salon ! Quelle surprise ! Il n'y avait pas de consigne à bagages après le départ, bien que Ctrip ait indiqué qu'il y avait des consignes payantes à proximité. L'expérience était tout juste moyenne.
