We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service in all areas was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also very efficient, attentive, and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant service was especially impressive. My husband is American and is not used to using chopsticks, so we truly appreciated that the staff thoughtfully provided him with a knife and fork every morning without us even needing to ask. It made him feel very comfortable and well cared for. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The restaurant manager was very attentive and asked about our food preferences. On our last day, we mentioned that we would like to try sweet and sour pork, and the manager kindly arranged it for us. We were very touched by such thoughtful and warm service. Overall, we are very grateful for the kindness and excellent service. It truly made our stay memorable.

Hotel is walking distance to the famous guilin night market. And below the hotel, there are some casual restaurants. And if you are going for skiing, its about 30mins car ride to the Jinyuetang national park. Breakfast has alot of variety. A pleasant stay.

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

J'ai été là pour le anniversaire de ma femme. Juste pour lui donner un moment de relax. Partiellement c'était un désastre les cartes de chambre n'étaient pas fonctionnant correctement. J'ai dû les demander deux fois de les changer. J'ai parqué ma bicyclette en dehors de l'hôtel et les gardes l'ont déplacée et m'ont écrit une note que je ne peux pas parquer là dans le parking des hôtels. Je me suis sentie vraiment discriminatoire et partiellement ******. The room was extremely hot and the AC does not work to make it cool. Ils ont dû fournir des fans et il était loud et inconfortable de dormir. mais l'hôtel a essayé de faire face à ce qui s'est passé pardonné. Je apprécie le pardon. Mais être l'un des meilleurs hôtels marqués que j'attendais mieux. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel.

I would like to give a big thumb up for the receptionist Ms Wang. While having issue with booking, she immediately offered her professional to resolve my issue. As a frequent guest to this hotel, Sirius once again prove service more than its value.

The hotel is a heritage building built in 1907 and has a manchuko decor. The basic amenities were there but there could be improvements. For example, there is no floor heating and the beds were a but hard. The washing machine was also located in another building and there were no lights so I had to use my phone torch. The hotel was also uncontactable prior to my stay. If I could communicate in advance, I would not have sent my parcels there. There were a lot of administrative work on handling returned parcels due to this.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jianguo Hidden Hotel. The location is a big plus, surrounded by malls and eateries and just steps away from the metro station, which made getting around very easy. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and having a free laundry area together with the gym in the same space was such a thoughtful touch, especially for longer stays. Breakfast was enjoyable too. While the spread was not huge, it was well prepared and satisfying. We got to try some local fruits and regional delights, which added a nice local touch. Both adults and kids found enough variety to be happy. One small wish would be for a concierge service to help with ticket bookings for attractions, but the reception staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best to assist us. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. A solid choice when visiting Changchun.

La chambre est très propre et l'environnement est très bon. Vous pouvez voir le lac Nanhu depuis la fenêtre. Lorsque nous sommes partis, j'ai donné à mon ami et moi une bouteille d'eau minérale chaude que j'ai payée spéciale. attention à son badge (Guo Xinyuan) Le service est vraiment chaleureux, je reviendrai la prochaine fois 🙂.

Cette fois, je suis venu à Changchun pour aller au Wanda Square, à l'hôtel Lijiang, dans la rue Rouge, je ne peux pas dire la position. La porte est un magasin. Je peux aller à pied dans une douzaine de minutes à pied ici avec une montagne. Je vais au lac du Sud et au musée de Long Shame. Il est également très pratique de manger et de boire autour de lui, très approprié pour emmener les enfants, et aussi avec un forfait de gazéification pour les enfants, le service de la réception et de l'hôtel est enthousiaste, l'environnement et les installations de l'hôtel sont expliqués en position, louez-vous

Le personnel était très gentil et hospitalier pendant notre séjour. La zone de petit déjeuner a une grande sélection de nourriture à choisir, permettant aux invités de personnaliser leurs propres plaques à leur guise. Il y avait aussi un chef professionnel présent pour cuisiner des plats supplémentaires, comme les œufs frits et les noix - les deux ont été excellentement faits. La chambre qui nous a été donnée n'avait pas un bon système de ventilation, car il y avait plusieurs cas où l'odeur de cigarettes inondées dans notre chambre, ce qui nous a forcé à ouvrir notre fenêtre pour aspirer. La chambre de bain n'a pas pu être fermée, mais nous espérons que notre chambre est affectée. Nous avons une expérience agréable dans cet hôtel et nous recommanderions à tout visiteur de venir séjourner dans cet hôtel.
