We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service in all areas was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also very efficient, attentive, and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant service was especially impressive. My husband is American and is not used to using chopsticks, so we truly appreciated that the staff thoughtfully provided him with a knife and fork every morning without us even needing to ask. It made him feel very comfortable and well cared for. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The restaurant manager was very attentive and asked about our food preferences. On our last day, we mentioned that we would like to try sweet and sour pork, and the manager kindly arranged it for us. We were very touched by such thoughtful and warm service. Overall, we are very grateful for the kindness and excellent service. It truly made our stay memorable.

Hotel is walking distance to the famous guilin night market. And below the hotel, there are some casual restaurants. And if you are going for skiing, its about 30mins car ride to the Jinyuetang national park. Breakfast has alot of variety. A pleasant stay.

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

I went there for my wife’s birthday. Just to give her a relax time. Partly it was a disaster the room cards were not working properly I had to ask them twice to change them. I parked my bike outside the hotel and the guards moved it and wrote a note me that I can’t park there in the hotels parking area. The staff of the hotel have no control over their own parking space. I felt it’ was really discriminating and partially ******. The room was extremely hot and the AC doesn’t work to make it cool. They had to provided fans and it was loud and uncomfortable to sleep. but the hotel tried to make up for what happened apologized. I appreciate the apology. But being one of the best branded hotels I expected better. I have stayed in holiday inn many times and this was so far the most unpleasant stay. I did tell the hotel staff my review of the hotel won’t be pleasant and they said it’s ok so guess they didn’t care about much what happened.

Je voudrais donner un grand coup de main à la receptioniste Mme Wang. Tout en ayant un problème avec la réservation, elle a immédiatement offert à son professionnel de résoudre mon problème.

The hotel is a heritage building built in 1907 and has a manchuko decor. The basic amenities were there but there could be improvements. For example, there is no floor heating and the beds were a but hard. The washing machine was also located in another building and there were no lights so I had to use my phone torch. The hotel was also uncontactable prior to my stay. If I could communicate in advance, I would not have sent my parcels there. There were a lot of administrative work on handling returned parcels due to this.

Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour à l'Hidden Hotel Jianguo. L'hôtel lui-même était propre, moderne et bien entretenu.Notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et avoir une zone de blanchisserie gratuite avec l'équipe de sport dans le même espace était un touche si considérable, surtout pour des séjours plus longs. Le petit déjeuner était aussi agréable. Bien que la propagation n'était pas énorme, elle était bien préparée et satisfaisante. Nous avons dû essayer quelques fruits locaux et plaisirs régionaux, qui ajout un joyeux touche local. Les adultes et les enfants ont trouvé assez de variété pour être heureux. Un petit souhait serait que le service de concierge aide à réserver des billets pour attractions, mais le personnel de la réception a été aimable et a réellement essayé de nous aider. Le centre de la ville est très confortable.

La chambre est très propre et l'environnement est très bon. Vous pouvez voir le lac Nanhu depuis la fenêtre. Lorsque nous sommes partis, j'ai donné à mon ami et moi une bouteille d'eau minérale chaude que j'ai payée spéciale. attention à son badge (Guo Xinyuan) Le service est vraiment chaleureux, je reviendrai la prochaine fois 🙂.

L'expérience globale dépasse les attentes. Vous avez vu une évaluation préalable selon laquelle la chambre aura un goût et vous êtes un peu préoccupée avant d'entrer. En fait, vous êtes complètement préoccupée après avoir arrivée au magasin. La chambre est très en place, pas d'odeur, nettoyée et propre, vous sentez très confortable de vivre. En particulier, vous devez prendre un réceptacle, vous avez une grande efficacité pour vous occuper du séjour, vous avez une attitude gentille et patiente, vous avez des questions à répondre avec soin, vous avez également informé la position du parking souterrain, le parking est très pratique, la conduite n'est pas nécessaire pour le parking. Il y a une urgence à la réception à 3h4 à midi de nuit, ou un seconde, particulièrement enthousiaste 😁😁😁

Mon séjour a été une excellente surprise. La chambre familiale, que j'avais réservée, était très spacieuse et bien agencée, avec une belle luminosité. D'une propreté impeccable, elle était fraîche et sans odeur, et tous les équipements nécessaires étaient fournis, ce qui la rendait idéale pour un voyage en famille. J'ai été particulièrement impressionné par le responsable de la réception. Son service a été attentionné et prévenant, son attitude chaleureuse et amicale, et son organisation méticuleuse. Il a fait preuve d'une patience et d'une efficacité remarquables, gérant les situations avec une élégance et une efficacité exceptionnelles, rendant mon séjour particulièrement agréable et rassurant. L'hôtel offre un cadre calme et confortable, un excellent service et un très bon rapport qualité-prix. J'ai été extrêmement satisfait de mon séjour et lui attribue la note maximale. Je le recommande vivement et je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel pour mes prochains voyages.
