We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service in all areas was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also very efficient, attentive, and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant service was especially impressive. My husband is American and is not used to using chopsticks, so we truly appreciated that the staff thoughtfully provided him with a knife and fork every morning without us even needing to ask. It made him feel very comfortable and well cared for. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The restaurant manager was very attentive and asked about our food preferences. On our last day, we mentioned that we would like to try sweet and sour pork, and the manager kindly arranged it for us. We were very touched by such thoughtful and warm service. Overall, we are very grateful for the kindness and excellent service. It truly made our stay memorable.

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

This Holiday Inn is a very ggod option to stay in Changchun. Rooms and public areas are well maintained and clean. All staff is friendly and engaged to support you. Further, the hotel is well located, just 20min by taxi from the airport. There are various restaurants and shopping places in the vincity. However later in the evening it‘s becoming harder to find a place to eat.

Idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, juste à côté de la Place de la Culture, l'hôtel est calme malgré l'animation du quartier. C'est très pratique pour se déplacer en taxi, sans embouteillages. Notre chambre a été surclassée en suite au dernier étage avec vue sur la place, offrant une très belle perspective. L'hôtel est neuf, propose des oreillers en sarrasin et la chambre est spacieuse, contrairement à ce que certaines critiques suggéraient. Il y a amplement d'espace pour ouvrir deux grandes valises. Le chauffage au sol est très agréable, pas besoin d'activer le chauffage. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'humidificateur. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est correct, avec des options occidentales et chinoises. À ce prix, avec le petit-déjeuner inclus, que demander de plus !

Je voudrais donner un grand coup de main à la receptioniste Mme Wang. Tout en ayant un problème avec la réservation, elle a immédiatement offert à son professionnel de résoudre mon problème.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jianguo Hidden Hotel. The location is a big plus, surrounded by malls and eateries and just steps away from the metro station, which made getting around very easy. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and having a free laundry area together with the gym in the same space was such a thoughtful touch, especially for longer stays. Breakfast was enjoyable too. While the spread was not huge, it was well prepared and satisfying. We got to try some local fruits and regional delights, which added a nice local touch. Both adults and kids found enough variety to be happy. One small wish would be for a concierge service to help with ticket bookings for attractions, but the reception staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best to assist us. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. A solid choice when visiting Changchun.

We stayed in this hotel during the Golden Week and booked a basic double room...you can imagine our surprise when we were upgraded for free in a beautiful and spacious suite! The room had 1 full bathroom with bathtub and another smaller bathroom with only the toilet and sink, a big living room with sofa, table and mini fridge, an office corner and a second room with bed, table, an ottoman and an amazing view!! The bed was extremely comfortable, even if a little small. The room also provided tea, coffee, several bottles of water and toiletries. We also had breakfast included and I was pleasantly surprised by the choice of both Chinese food and some Western (croissants, small waffles, banana bread, fruits, yogurt, juice, jams and butter). The location is pretty central but also far from crowds and noisy areas. There are 2 metros not too far away and the beautiful park Nan hu. All in all a very nice stay!

Cette fois, il est possible de prendre des enfants pour se rendre ici. Les installations dans la chambre sont très nouvelles. La petite reception a également donné le petit-déjeuner à la reception, beaucoup de types de petit-déjeuner, il est recommandé de vivre ici pour jouer à Changchun. Plonger dans le long-screen super proche, proche du parc du lac du Sud, la cuisine est très pratique demain et de soir, il y a beaucoup de plats à proximité, Yuan se trouve, l'hôtel mosquée de quatre mers est très proche. Le sommeil est particulièrement calme la nuit, et la fenêtre ne peut pas entendre la voix de l'extérieur. Recommandation !

A convenient location that is 15 minutes walk from the high speed rail station. However, if you are not familiar with local directions, you have to navigate through the railway transit station which is huge and confusing. The hotel is located at people's road which is in front of the railway station. You can take a cab which cost around CNY 9 - 11. Drivers in this region are quite hot blooded but they are kind in general. Decent and cozy place to stay. Breakfast buffet served on the second floor starting at 7:30. The sky is bright around 5:30 in the morning.

Mon séjour a été une excellente surprise. La chambre familiale, que j'avais réservée, était très spacieuse et bien agencée, avec une belle luminosité. D'une propreté impeccable, elle était fraîche et sans odeur, et tous les équipements nécessaires étaient fournis, ce qui la rendait idéale pour un voyage en famille. J'ai été particulièrement impressionné par le responsable de la réception. Son service a été attentionné et prévenant, son attitude chaleureuse et amicale, et son organisation méticuleuse. Il a fait preuve d'une patience et d'une efficacité remarquables, gérant les situations avec une élégance et une efficacité exceptionnelles, rendant mon séjour particulièrement agréable et rassurant. L'hôtel offre un cadre calme et confortable, un excellent service et un très bon rapport qualité-prix. J'ai été extrêmement satisfait de mon séjour et lui attribue la note maximale. Je le recommande vivement et je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel pour mes prochains voyages.
