Le personnel était super amical, la situation est étonnante et la chambre était très propre et bien entretenue. Le service était excellent et très rapide. Lorsque nous avons eu des problèmes avec notre chauffage, le personnel a immédiatement contacté le technicien pour résoudre le problème. Nous avons la chambre de haut niveau, car nous sommes une famille de 4, dont 2 enfants, et nous aimons la chambre, car elle est spacieuse avec une vue sur l'ensemble du village. Il recommandera certainement à tout le monde de rester ici pour la grande location et le service de haut niveau.

The staff was very helpful in picking us up at the entrance of the village and they were accommodating in bringing our heavy luggges up the multiple flight of stairs so I feel sorry about this review, but communication could be improved, we felt a bit lost at the beginning. Unfortunately the same feeling persisted during the stay, the initial communication wasn’t good we had to ask everything: from Wi-Fi password, to where breakfast would be (in a different structure we found by exploring) - we had to initiate the “wechat process” to receive all the info. The room has a magnificent view, but the structure is not ready for winter, and neither seems the staff. Although, the heating system was very powerful there were some cracks in the walls and that made parts of the room quite cold. So I recommend this hotel for warmer seasons maybe, but professional communication, regardless of the language spoken, was a barrier. All this gave us the impression the hotel was understaffed or momentarily run by temporary staff, also because the reception was always empty.

Bon hôtel avec excellente vue sur le village de Miao, super propre et belle chambre. Très apprécié et bien soigner mes 2 nuits passées. Petit déjeuner très délicieux comme maman cuisine et thé après-midi me font oublier combien fatigué de voyager longtemps une semaine! Le café est aussi excellent goût. Merci beaucoup pour M. Wang prendre soin, prendre soin et suggérer toute option pour essayer quand ils passeront au village. C'est ma meilleure destination de n'a pas voyager en Chine depuis de nombreuses années. Tout à fait attrayant mon cœur!! Bon à aller!!!! ❤️

Cet hôtel est le meilleur endroit dans le village de Miao. Cette hôtel ne se trouve pas trop haut juste à pied quelques escaliers seulement peut encore être géré par les enfants et les personnes âgées. À la moitié de la colline, une vue fantastique sur le village et le champ de riz. Vous pouvez passer à travers le champ de riz pour la photo. Balcone super belle vue, grande télévision à projecteur. Avoir une tasse de thé au balcon très relax. Petit déjeuner gratuit est gusteux. 1 petit lave-linge 1 sèche-cheveux ajouter au service   De nombreux restaurants et restaurants de rue à proximité et le gestionnaire de l'hôtel a aidé à transporter les bagages à l'hôtel en préalable à l'aménagement requis. Nous commandons des busges privés de la porte occidentale de Xi Jiang à l'hôtel 4 km approximativement Chine yuan 50 par pach parce que nous hv grand bagage- pré- arrange avec l'hôtel. Pour ces petits bagages u peut prendre un tourneur normal 5 yuan par route Xijiang entrée de la porte occidentale au pont 1 Une ponte vent et pluie puis marche 2-3 minutes à l'hôtel ou appeler le gestionnaire d'hôtel rencontrez u à la station de pont 1 , le gestionnaire d'hôtel très utile m'aider à arranger Trsf de voiture privée retour à Kaili South Station High Rail Station à un prix raisonnable. Hôtel très nouveau. Vous serez certainement ici encore parce que l'hôtel super relax et super tranquille.

Doubao recommande vivement cet endroit ! Prenez le bus à la Porte Nord. Achetez votre billet, montez à bord et marchez jusqu'au Pont 5 (à seulement 3-5 minutes à pied). Le personnel vous y accueillera et vous aidera avec vos bagages. Le service est excellent. L'emplacement de la guesthouse est idéal. Vous pouvez vous enregistrer d'abord, puis explorer les environs et prendre des photos. C'est plus pratique que les guesthouses du centre-ville et le rapport qualité-prix est très bon. La chambre était propre et bien rangée. Après une journée de photos, j'ai très bien dormi. C'était très calme. À mon départ, le propriétaire m'a personnellement accompagné à l'arrêt du bus touristique, ce qui était vraiment très gentil. Ils proposent également des chambres panoramiques très prisées ; j'y retournerai sans hésiter pour un séjour de détente !

Very nice room and great view of the village from the room , I think this room type on the 5th floor (highest floor here, No. 501) is the best room and view of this hotel. Amenities is good. Toilet is smart toilet, we get the welcome fresh fruit in the room, staff is so friendly and helpful to travel in this village , we are so impress to stay here , only 1 thing is the weak point for us is breakfast is too basic (noodle and porridge) but overall is good and next time I need to back to stay here more To reach to this village, you should go to the north gate and take the bus after buying tickets to the village, then walk to the bridge No. 6 about 200 m. Then the staff of the hotel will help you to carry luggages to the your room but on check out date, he will bring your luggages to the bus station directly ^^

La position est très pratique, juste à la première station, un peu descendre, un peu de distance est très calme du centre commercial, l'environnement est également très bon, il y a beaucoup de places dans la zone publique pour prendre des cartes et prendre des photos, même si vous ne sortez pas dans la zone publique, la vue est très bonne, le gestionnaire est super bon, la réponse est très opportune, le petit déjeuner est très organique et délicieux.

Le B&B Qifengxin où j'ai séjourné pendant le Festival des Bateaux-Dragons était incroyable ! On peut admirer les champs en terrasses depuis la fenêtre de la maison sur pilotis. J'ai aussi pu découvrir le batik gratuitement. Des fruits de bienvenue m'ont été offerts. À mon départ, on m'a offert un aimant pour réfrigérateur en souvenir. Je n'ai pas pris de photos ethniques, faute de temps. Les femmes de ménage (Xiao Wu et Xiao Yuan) étaient très enthousiastes et m'ont contacté quelques jours à l'avance. Elles communiquaient également en groupe. Elles ont vraiment répondu à mes demandes. C'était comme rentrer chez moi. L'emplacement du B&B est juste à côté de la plateforme d'observation, ce qui est très pratique. La femme de ménage nous a également aidés à porter les bagages et est venue nous chercher à l'avance. Elle nous a donné des conseils de voyage. Le plus important ! C'est un B&B plus propre et plus hygiénique que le B&B du village miao de Qianhu où j'avais séjourné auparavant. Je me suis réveillée au chant des oiseaux le matin et me suis endormie sous les étoiles le soir. Je veux vraiment y rester pour toujours ! À recommander absolument ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We arrived in Xijiang and were immediately met with such a kind surprise—they upgraded our room for my birthday, which truly set the tone for our entire stay. We were on the third floor with the most wonderful view, looking out over their little water feature and the village beyond. Our balcony, complete with a tea set and two chairs, quickly became one of our favorite spots. Sitting there, especially in the evening, felt magical—like we were nestled among the stars overlooking the town. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the viewing platform and easily accessible down into the main village. Arriving was also incredibly smooth. As first-time visitors to China, we were quite nervous navigating trains and logistics as English speakers, but the hotel staff stepped in early with clear, thoughtful guidance. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. When we arrived at the North Gate after taking the shuttle into the scenic area, a staff member met us and carried both of our bags up the hill and stairs to the accommodation. This was such a thoughtful gesture—especially because the terrain can be challenging. (For future travelers: if possible, avoid bringing heavy suitcases—but if you do, you’ll be very well taken care of here.) Check-in was seamless, and our room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities we needed. They provided water, soft robes, and made communication very easy via WeChat. Breakfast was also a highlight—we opted for the Chinese breakfast, which was light, healthy, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring all the incredible street food in town. We especially loved the communal living space—a cozy café-style area with a balcony overlooking the village. It was such a peaceful place to sit, have tea, and take in the views both during the day and under the night sky. They also had everything you could need: a coffee maker, dishes, mugs, and even fresh spring water, which was a lovely touch. The warmth of the people here truly made the experience unforgettable. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and the younger staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. It really felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. And the little cats around the property made it even more special. On our departure day, we were running late for the last bus, and one of the younger staff members carried my very heavy bag down the hill and practically ran with it to make sure we made it on time. He stayed with us until we were safely on board. That level of care and service is something we will never forget. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to the family and the entire staff for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our short stay in Xijiang an absolute pleasure and a weekend we will remember forever.
