Everything about this property is amazing
Food is good
Service is top notch
Location is excellent
The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it.
My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before.
We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things.
If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in.
And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones.
Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future.
And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

DdolphinzxqL'environnement de la cour de l'hôtel est bon, avec jardin et piscine, mais l'équipement de la chambre, la literie est vraiment vieux. Le service au restaurant était très bon. Le premier jour, le chef du petit-déjeuner a demandé conseil. J'ai dit qu'il y avait peu de plats adaptés aux chinois. Nous voulions manger des légumes. Le lendemain matin, nous avons fait des légumes pour nous deux ; Les travailleurs ont réparé et n'arrêtaient pas de s'excuser.
L'hôtel est très cher pour appeler une voiture à l'aéroport.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très biaisé, il y a un terrain agricole devant le portail et vous pouvez trouver le TUTU en marchant pendant dix minutes. Les environs sont sombres la nuit.

The breakfast was ok.
The hotel was in a relatively a bit far to major tourist spots but at a comfortable distance so if you travel with your own vehicle, you will definitely like this hotel.

IInvitéI recently stayed at Hotel Sierra for two days and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel offered excellent facilities, including a beautiful terrace dinner area, a well-stocked bar, and a clean swimming pool. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The ambiance of the hotel was relaxing, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I particularly enjoyed the terrace dining experience, which provided a great view and delicious food. Overall, Hotel Sierra exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

AAndemonThe AC and WiFi didn’t work on the first whole day at the end day, in the middle of the night had ask someone to visit which took ages to come and later we had ask to change the room as ac and WiFi wasn’t working at. In the second room AC and WiFi works however the minibar didn’t even cool the water at the basic minibar temp we were thirsty dying to drink the cold water, tired of mentioning about things from AC to WiFi and now minibar. Paying such an amount to get this service unexpected. The rooftop restaurant service people doesn’t pay attention, doesn’t matter how many time you call them. The breakfast area neither have AC nor a cold water(you ask for ice cubes), not even sealing fan only two fans in the corner. I don’t think so will again here. The garden is very beautiful.

IInvitéWe had a 2 night stay at the hotel. We checked in early. The hotel staff was courteous and provided us with the vacant room as per our booking. The rooms were fine, but i think the pricing was a bit high. The hotel manager mr. Manish was very helpful and provided us best information and arranged for conveyance to travel nearby locations in udaipur.
