Great Location & Value for Money I had a pleasant stay at The Fern Residency, Udaipur. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to access many key attractions in the city. It offers great value for money with clean and well-maintained rooms. Housekeeping was efficient, and the washrooms were spotless, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast spread was impressive, and I really enjoyed it. However, while the dinner had a good variety, the taste could have been better. The overall experience was positive, and I would definitely consider staying at The Fern Residency in other locations as well. Would recommend for travelers looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Udaipur!

In the first day the bedsheets were dirty but that was quickly resolved. If you're expecting a decent gym like I was you need to know it's really not well equipped, very few dumbells. Also the TV in the room is very small for the size of the bedroom. Breakfast had 95% Indian local options but apparently 95% of the guests were locals too, so all good. On the positive notes: staff was great and the bedrooms were super spacious!

place is very clean and cool there's staff are very cooperated it's swimming pool is very nice we get our lovely movement thank you

Food facilities are not good , there is no lounge or restaurant to eat or drink in resort. ,!!

Decent hotel with pretty good amenities and walking distance to most facilities nearby. Some minor niggles with air-conditioning issues and toilet flush not working, but nothing major.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sierra for two days and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel offered excellent facilities, including a beautiful terrace dinner area, a well-stocked bar, and a clean swimming pool. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The ambiance of the hotel was relaxing, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I particularly enjoyed the terrace dining experience, which provided a great view and delicious food. Overall, Hotel Sierra exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Ma femme et moi avons récemment séjourné à l'hôtel Raj Darshan à Udaipur et nous étions impatients de nous détendre dans notre chambre pour nos vacances. Malheureusement, nous avions réservé trois nuits, mais notre séjour a été gâché par une forte et entêtante odeur de produit nettoyant. Dès notre arrivée à l'hôtel, une odeur de pesticide nous a envahis, et une fois dans la chambre, une forte odeur chimique, semblant provenir du mobilier, nous a pris à la gorge. Nous avons essayé de l'ignorer, mais l'odeur était persistante et nous a donné mal à la tête. Ma femme a même eu du mal à respirer pendant la nuit. Nous nous sommes plaints auprès du directeur, qui nous a proposé de changer de chambre, mais le problème persistait. Nous avons de nouveau signalé le problème au directeur, qui a déclaré que nous étions le seul client concerné et qu'il n'y avait rien à faire. Nous avons donc demandé un remboursement afin de pouvoir changer de chambre et demander à MakeMyTrip de nous rembourser, puis annuler nos deux autres nuits. Nous avons tenté de contacter le service client de MakeMyTrip, mais nous n'avons toujours pas reçu de réponse à notre problème. La chambre était propre et confortable, avec un lit douillet et des équipements modernes. Le personnel était aimable et serviable, et l'emplacement était pratique. Cependant, l'odeur de vernis à ongles a été un véritable point noir. Nous espérions un séjour reposant, mais cette odeur nous a empêchés de nous détendre. J'espère que l'hôtel prendra des mesures pour résoudre ce problème. Un nettoyage plus approfondi et une aération en laissant les fenêtres et les portes ouvertes permettraient peut-être d'éliminer l'odeur. Tant que l'odeur persiste, l'hôtel ne devrait pas accepter de nouvelles réservations. Il serait également judicieux de mettre à disposition des diffuseurs d'huiles essentielles et des purificateurs d'air pour améliorer le confort des clients et éliminer les odeurs et la poussière. En attendant, je tiens à avertir les futurs clients du risque d'une forte odeur chimique dans les chambres.

The AC and WiFi didn’t work on the first whole day at the end day, in the middle of the night had ask someone to visit which took ages to come and later we had ask to change the room as ac and WiFi wasn’t working at. In the second room AC and WiFi works however the minibar didn’t even cool the water at the basic minibar temp we were thirsty dying to drink the cold water, tired of mentioning about things from AC to WiFi and now minibar. Paying such an amount to get this service unexpected. The rooftop restaurant service people doesn’t pay attention, doesn’t matter how many time you call them. The breakfast area neither have AC nor a cold water(you ask for ice cubes), not even sealing fan only two fans in the corner. I don’t think so will again here. The garden is very beautiful.

We had a 2 night stay at the hotel. We checked in early. The hotel staff was courteous and provided us with the vacant room as per our booking. The rooms were fine, but i think the pricing was a bit high. The hotel manager mr. Manish was very helpful and provided us best information and arranged for conveyance to travel nearby locations in udaipur.
