Hôtels 4 étoiles à Beppu

Our stay has been nothing short of amazing! We were grateful for hotel shuttle service to the hotel as it saves us the trouble of climbing up slopes with our luggages. When we arrived, we were greeted by the warm welcome of the staff with free drinks provided at the lounge. The Sora Room is well equipped with amenities and comes with the private onsen, for you to enjoy any time. Recommend to get the ice (outside room) for a cool ice coke after onsen. Definitely have to give the Japanese breakfast and Kaiseiki dinner a try. Every single dish is so delicious and palatable. The hotel is located at Kanawa, within walking distances to the popular attractions such as Hells of Beppu and Onsen Museum. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Beppu!

J'ai été avec ma famille pendant notre voyage à Beppu, et il a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Le personnel était incroyablement gentil et attentif, assurant que tout était bien géré. L'un des points de vue était la capacité de réserver un bain privé, qui a fait de l'expérience encore plus relaxant. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et préparé avec soin. L'atmosphère était calme et calme, ce qui l'a fait un endroit idéal pour se reposer et se déshabiller. La location est également confortable just a 7-10 minutes de taxi de la gare Beppu. Je recommande vivement cette Ryokan à quiconque cherche un séjour authentique et relaxant à Beppu!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights here in late May 2026. And wow - this place is super impressive! This was by far the best hotel / resort we’ve stayed at during our Japan trip (nearly 3 months of traveling central and southern Japan). The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, luxurious. You have your own private indoor onsen, outdoor onsen, cold plunge tub, sauna and if in the summer, your own private pool. You have a full size kitchen, full western style living room with a TV, full Japanese style living room, multiple toilets and a beautiful bathroom. And a beautiful view overlooking Beppu below! The food is absolutely delicious. The staff and their service are professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming. It’s close to the 7 hells of Beppu attractions so it makes for an easy day trip too. And if you’re looking for a public onsen experience, its sister property is a 5 minute walk from this resort. It’s a newer establishment without many reviews yet, but take my word for it, you won’t be disappointed. We truly loved our stay here and we will definitely be back.

I had stayed in this hotel a couple times. This is the first time I did not stay at the main building. There are pros and cons with this arrangement. Lesser people in a separate building but less convenience as need to walk across the road to get to the main building where the onsen and foods and items to purchases located. As far as the staff service, they are very good. For the foods, I recalled I had other dining options which I forgot to choose this time. Not too fond with the buffets foods - too standard and nothing specials.

Chambre parfaite vue mer, avec une vue panoramique sur le lever et le coucher du soleil. La riche organisation d'activités de l'hôtel offre de nombreux espaces interactifs dans l'hôtel. Délicieux petit-déjeuner et dîner kaiseki, excellent service et extrêmement rentable. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience de séjour parfaite et je pense qu’il mérite une note plus élevée.

鉄輪地区のごじんまりした宿 地獄めぐりに近く移動に時間かけたくない方には最適 和牛ステーキの食べ放題やビュッフェやオーダーメニューを席に持ってきていただけるので熱々の料理が食べられました。アルコール、ソフトドリンクも飲み放題あれもこれも食べたかったけどもう歳でたくさん食べられず残念でした。 温泉は湯船の種類が少なかったがバスタオルやタオルが大浴場にあったので都度新しいの使えて気持ちよかったです 機会があれば家族でまた伺いたいと思いました。

Je ne peux que vanter les mérites de cet hôtel ; c'était le meilleur de tout notre voyage. Chambre avec vue sur l'océan, source thermale face à la mer, plage au pied de l'hôtel : il y avait tout ce qu'on pouvait désirer. Le plus incroyable, c'était le dîner avec deux repas inclus en chambre ; nous avons mangé à satiété. Et tout était d'une qualité exceptionnelle ; il y avait non seulement du sashimi, mais le bœuf Wagyu du deuxième soir était absolument divin.

We book this hotel because of the good review online. We like the hotel design, the rooms are detached and private. The location is quite secluded and not near restaurants. The hotel also don’t provide breakfast and dinner, so you will need to drive off for your meals. The main downside is our room came with a spoilt air conditioner which rain non stop throughout the night. When we found out about it at night, it is already too late to ask for room change. When we feedback to the staff the next day, they claimed that it is due to the heavy rain last night. When we asked whether the other rooms are affected, they told us no. They only offered a 9000 yen refund after we asked about it.

This spacious accommodation is ideal for a family getaway with several members. It was tidy and cozy, making it a pleasant place to stay with my kids. The highlight was the garden outside and the large windows that let in the morning sun, creating a lovely atmosphere for breakfast while gazing outside. Unfortunately, the hot spring was out of order when we got there, but it appeared to be large enough for two people to enjoy. I was initially concerned that the size of the apartment would make it chilly upon arrival, but the heating system was effective, and the place warmed up quickly.

La réceptionniste était très polie. Les autres membres du personnel étaient également attentionnés. Les chambres sont propres et les équipements sont nombreux. Le petit déjeuner était somptueux et copieux.
