너무너무 완벽한 숙소입니다 특히 조식 석식 식당 직원분들이 극진하며 호불호가 있는 음식이 식사당 한두개 정도는 있었습니다 라운지에서 쉬기 좋았고 특히 아사히 생맥은 뜯어서 집으로 가져오고 싶었습니다 가족탕 3곳 모두 다른컨셉 으로 너무 좋았고 객실에있는 개인탕도 벳푸시내가 한눈에 내려다보이고 멀리는 벳푸타워와 바다까지 다 훤히 보입니다 딱하나 단점은 시내와 거리가 있고 버스정류장까지 도보로 8~10분정도 걸리며 오르막이라서 날씨가 좋은날만 시도하시고 시내에 나가시려면 조식먹을때 택시시간을 물어봐주시니 그때 알려주시면 택시를 준비해 주십니닷 숙소가 너무 좋아서 2박3일 숙박 중 하루만 시내에 다녀왔어요 다음에 또 방문하고싶습니다

J'ai été avec ma famille pendant notre voyage à Beppu, et il a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Le personnel était incroyablement gentil et attentif, assurant que tout était bien géré. L'un des points de vue était la capacité de réserver un bain privé, qui a fait de l'expérience encore plus relaxant. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et préparé avec soin. L'atmosphère était calme et calme, ce qui l'a fait un endroit idéal pour se reposer et se déshabiller. La location est également confortable just a 7-10 minutes de taxi de la gare Beppu. Je recommande vivement cette Ryokan à quiconque cherche un séjour authentique et relaxant à Beppu!

Tout d'abord, j'ai beaucoup apprécié la taille et le style de la chambre que j'avais réservée, typiques d'un ryokan japonais. Cependant, cela a été un peu compliqué car l'âge de l'enfant avait été mal renseigné lors de ma réservation, ce qui m'a obligé à payer un supplément sur place. J'avais indiqué un enfant de 8 ans lors de la réservation, mais on m'a dit que l'âge avait été enregistré à 0 an. Je n'ai donc pas eu d'autre choix que de payer 120 000 wons supplémentaires par nuit. L'emplacement était excellent et la taille de la chambre était parfaite.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights here in late May 2026. And wow - this place is super impressive! This was by far the best hotel / resort we’ve stayed at during our Japan trip (nearly 3 months of traveling central and southern Japan). The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, luxurious. You have your own private indoor onsen, outdoor onsen, cold plunge tub, sauna and if in the summer, your own private pool. You have a full size kitchen, full western style living room with a TV, full Japanese style living room, multiple toilets and a beautiful bathroom. And a beautiful view overlooking Beppu below! The food is absolutely delicious. The staff and their service are professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming. It’s close to the 7 hells of Beppu attractions so it makes for an easy day trip too. And if you’re looking for a public onsen experience, its sister property is a 5 minute walk from this resort. It’s a newer establishment without many reviews yet, but take my word for it, you won’t be disappointed. We truly loved our stay here and we will definitely be back.

I had stayed in this hotel a couple times. This is the first time I did not stay at the main building. There are pros and cons with this arrangement. Lesser people in a separate building but less convenience as need to walk across the road to get to the main building where the onsen and foods and items to purchases located. As far as the staff service, they are very good. For the foods, I recalled I had other dining options which I forgot to choose this time. Not too fond with the buffets foods - too standard and nothing specials.

Chambre parfaite vue mer, avec une vue panoramique sur le lever et le coucher du soleil. La riche organisation d'activités de l'hôtel offre de nombreux espaces interactifs dans l'hôtel. Délicieux petit-déjeuner et dîner kaiseki, excellent service et extrêmement rentable. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience de séjour parfaite et je pense qu’il mérite une note plus élevée.

Beautiful, well designed, modern and new. Private courtyard is pretty and calming. Private onsen in the room. Room is very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Parking is right outside the hotel. Totally enjoyed my stay! I would definitely come back again the next time I am in Beppu.

This spacious accommodation is ideal for a family getaway with several members. It was tidy and cozy, making it a pleasant place to stay with my kids. The highlight was the garden outside and the large windows that let in the morning sun, creating a lovely atmosphere for breakfast while gazing outside. Unfortunately, the hot spring was out of order when we got there, but it appeared to be large enough for two people to enjoy. I was initially concerned that the size of the apartment would make it chilly upon arrival, but the heating system was effective, and the place warmed up quickly.

Exceptional service from beginning to end, very graciously catered for some last minute changes, the staff are very warm and welcoming. The room was traditional Japanese style with balcony, spacious with an exceptional view of Beppu Bay. The package included a wonderful dinner and breakfast at the hotel dining rooms. There is an onsite public bath and private bath rooms can be reserved too. Located near Kitahama for easy access to transit options, a perfect place for your stay in Beppu.
