They will do daily cleaning in the room which is appreciated, but took away our spoons which the staff thought it was the hotel’s. And sometimes after cleaning, they didn’t provide garbage bag for the bin. We are also not notified that 24 December is their ‘holiday’ so the breakfast will start late, several group standing in front of the restaurant waiting it to open while we are actuall rushing to the airport. The staff did allow us in at the end, no chaotic was caused luckily.

This hotel is at the waterfront right in the center of town. It offers excellent value! Afternoon tea, buffet dinner, breakfast and free tea/coffee all day are included in the price. There's a sauna on the 5th floor together with a small gym. A jacuzzi is available for a small fee. Bus 42 from the airport stops just behind the hotel so it's less than a min walk to the reception. The staff are friendly. The room is clean and quite spacious. Best value in town! I'll definitely stay here again.

Hôtel incroyable! Situation parfaite - juste au cœur de Tromso, vous pouvez vous rendre super facilement. L'hôtel était magnifique - il avait tout ce que vous vouliez et le petit déjeuner était délicieux. 10/10 serait recommandé!

La chambre a une salle de séjour très grande, la salle de séjour a un canapé, la cuisine du restaurant est connectée, la cuisine et lave-vaisselle, très bien. Il y a un supermarché à 7 ou 8 minutes de sortie, et il est très pratique de rentrer pour vous. La seule insuffisance est que si la salle de séjour veut dormir, la fenêtre n'est pas assez large, elle ne peut pas supporter la lumière dehors, et elle dorme un peu lumineuse la nuit

Je vous le dis. J'ai de la chance. L'expérience super innocente est très proche des points d'attraction et de la station de regroupement. La gare de bus est à côté. Super. C'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels. Super recommandation

An unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room. Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling... With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.

El hotel está bastante alejado del centro de Tromsø. La parada de autobús para ir al aeropuerto está a 10 min. Parece poco pero si está nevando y llevas mucho equipaje hay que ir con tiempo porque las cuestas tienen hielo. Cuando entras, es una maravilla. Han renovado las zonas comunes y es súper bonito. Pero al entrar en nuestra habitación doble.... No estaba renovada. Es la habitación más pequeña en la que hemos estado en 8 días por la zona. La puerta no está en buenas condiciones. El baño parece de ”un hospital”. Para nuestro gusto la cama y las almohadas son incómodas. Las paredes de la habitación tampoco están en buen estado. Cuando fuimos a desayunar parecía otro hotel. La cafetería con vistas panorámica era preciosa. Y el desayuno tipo buffet estaba muy rico. Nos choca bastante la inmensa diferencia que hay entre las zonas comunes y la habitación.

L'emplacement est bon, vous pouvez marcher 100 mètres jusqu'à la gare express de l'aéroport. Nous avons réservé une suite à une chambre et un salon, spacieuse et hygiénique, et le fait est que la dame de la réception était vraiment super gentille et m'a demandé très intimement. Après avoir fait nos préparatifs de voyage, nous avons recommandé d'excellents restaurants locaux et des groupes phares ! Hautement recommandé!

The room is spacious and clean. Great view from the room's window. I really like the room layout and it is beautifully furbished. The kitchen is great because it comes with A COMPLETE set of kitchen utensils. You will never run out of anything. This is also my first time staying in an apartment-like hotel in Europe, so I was impressed by the dishwasher. The floor is also warmed, which I like. Especially, in the bathroom, my feet didn't feel cold at all, unlike other places. I could not use the kiosk to check-in, but it worked just fine on my iPhone. I was worried about using smart key in my iPhone, as I read a lot of complaints from other reviews. However, it worked perfectly, including the entrance, elevator, and my room. I had no issue at all despite my thick phone case. During my stay, I met no staff. Luckily, there was not any issue, so everything was fine. Lastly, the location is the best. it is located in the centre, and there are several supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is a great place to stay and the price is very affordable. I think I will stay here again if I have a chance to return to Tromsø.
