Hôtels 4 étoiles à Lima

L'accueil était excellent, comme toujours, et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et le sourire de Stefanny. La piscine est chauffée, j'ai donc pu m'y baigner malgré le froid. J'ai adoré les boissons de bienvenue et les produits de toilette (machine à café, lait corporel, gel douche, savon pour les mains, shampoing, papier toilette épais et doux). Les lits et les oreillers sont confortables, et il y a un chargeur USB sur la table. L'hôtel est très bien situé, près du parc Kennedy. À noter qu'il n'y avait ni cotons-tiges, ni brosse à dents, ni bonnet de douche, mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé. Le service de sécurité était également très agréable : j'attendais mon Uber le soir dans la rue et l'agent est venu m'accompagner pour assurer ma sécurité.

Tout était parfait ! L'emplacement était idéal, juste au bord des falaises, et on pouvait facilement se rendre à pied au centre commercial tout proche et admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Le petit-déjeuner à l'Intercontinental était également très accessible et le buffet délicieux, même si le choix était un peu moins varié que prévu. Le personnel était très accueillant à la réception et dans la salle du petit-déjeuner. Ils se sont même mis en quatre pour nous aider avec une valise endommagée que nous souhaitions faire réparer (dans un magasin à proximité). La chambre était très spacieuse et magnifiquement conçue pour un confort optimal. C'est d'ailleurs la première fois, parmi tous les hôtels où j'ai séjourné, que j'ai eu une chambre aussi calme ! Les bruits de la porte qui s'ouvrait et se fermait à l'extérieur étaient parfaitement atténués et nous avons très bien dormi les quatre nuits dans le confortable lit king-size. Nous avons également profité de la salle de sport, très bien équipée et bien entretenue, avec un appareil de musculation pour les abducteurs ! Je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel lors d'un prochain séjour.

We have been pampered by Aloft hotel!!! Carlos from the front desk made sure that we will have a great time celebrating our anniversary in Peru! We were offered a corner room with great views and a special treat as well! The lobby is in level L. Breakfast was healthy and superb with lots of great options! The room was huge! Plus points to the shower which gives spa vibes, great choice of tiles and shower head! Will definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you, Carlos, for making us feel special!

Cet hôtel est situé près de la côte de Lima. Les chambres sont standard et le petit-déjeuner est, comme d'habitude, plutôt fade. Le salon du hall est cependant spacieux et confortable. Le parc Kennedy et le marché Inca sont deux lieux incontournables à visiter, et de nombreux restaurants chinois se trouvent à proximité. Le restaurant Regal se trouve à seulement 1,4 kilomètre à pied et est accessible en AutoNavi. Cet hôtel est vivement recommandé aux voyageurs.

Our room was clean and very spacious. Staff were friendly and we even got little treats on some evenings, such as chocolates or alfajores waiting in our room with a note from housekeeping - this was unexpected but a lovely touch, and much appreciated! Another perk was the free water refill machine in the lobby which is great for the environment and also saved us a lot of money in buying water bottles each day. The breakfast buffet was varied and great. The hotel was also in a great location and walking distance from many attractions and restaurants. We were scheduled to arrive in the morning and informed the hotel in advance. We were told early check-in would be subject to availability on the day. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked when we arrived so we had to wait until the check-in time. I understand check-in times are set but it would have been good for the reception staff to be honest with us about this, rather than telling us the room would be ready in an hour, then after an hour saying it would be another hour etc (we ended up waiting 7 hours!). That was the only downside, but overall we had a great stay.

The hotel is located on the edge of San Isidro district and a relatively convenient distance to major parts of Lima (e.g. Miraflores, historic centre, and Airport), taking roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour by Uber. It is in a safe and quiet area within close reach of greenery, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, for a business level hotel that is part of the Hilton brand, the lighting in the rooms are very poor with only bedside and tableside lights. Breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and continued supply of food. Gym was up on the top roof and gave a good view of the city, though it is small and machines are basic. Housekeeping staff were generally very helpful and polite. Receptionists at my check-in / check-out seemed to be grossly unfamiliar with the process and took a long time to get things done, sometimes asking repeated questions. Some of the breakfast staff was also a little less than polite. Overall a fine experience, but a bit less than the standard expected of a business-level hotel such as this.

這是第二次來利馬住這家酒店了，看重的就是酒店的位置比較不錯加上這個區域稍微安全些，但是下次應該不會住這家了，房間裏的味道太重了。樓層低的話對面就是建築，不太敢開窗簾，比較難受😣

I had a great stay at Dazzler by Wyndham in San Isidro. The hotel was very clean and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the strong police presence in the neighborhood—it gave a real sense of safety and peace of mind. The food at the hotel was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again.
